  • I HOPE YOU RROD

This jerk Steve Miller seems to be popular, so I’ll give his stuff a try.

  • flashuk1983

How can you call him a jerk when you don’t know who he is?
Yeah he is popular, but I think “the joker” is the only one worth getting unless you’re a fan.

  • Ganon255

I will be getting all of these tracks.

The Steve Miller song on the disc gives me trouble.

  • Aliasalpha

The new content section of the dashboard really needs revision, it’s way too easy to miss other content in amongst the downloads for music games. Could we possibly have a single panel for each game that gives a quick summary, for example “Rock band: 8 New Tracks”, “Gears Of War 2: New Maps/Themes”? That’d make the dash a lot neater and stop other games content drowning in music.

  • JoeyCoolNutzz

I’ll be picking up THE JOKER only

  • Pirate at 30

These will be awesome to play!

  • A Place for Us

    No Abracadabra?! :P

  • Cat Hair Soup

Some people call me Maurice WOOO wooooooooo

  • MrGreen13

I will be getting the 3 song pack! All great songs!

  • John Q Taxpayer

Ehh… not a big Steve Miller fan, though I’ll say that “Take The Money And Run” is the song that SHOULD have been in Rock Band 2 and not “Rock’n Me”, which is just an awful song. I’d be more receptive to “The Joker” if they didn’t play it on the radio all damned day long.

  • diablo1967

Ah, more MOR US rubbish. No-one under 25 knows who Steve Miller is!

How about some Seether, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace or Biffy Clyro? Music with balls.

It’s Guitar Hero, for Gods sake. Live up to the name.

  • Milander42

Umm Diablo1967…No please go back to school and learn to read. It’s NOT Guitar Hero for Gods sake, it’s Rock band for crissakes!

  • Ryguy085

I think it’s hilarious that diablo doesn’t think anyone under 25 knows who steve miller is. He was the Les Paul’s godson. Steve Miller is a rock icon.

  • MrGreen13

To Diablo1967 it’s actually Rock Band…just wanted to point out the obvious.

  • phreakatron

@Diablo1967 I’m 24 and have known about Steve Miller since I was 14. MrGreen13 pointed out one obvious remark that needed to be said.

And I completely disagree with Seether, Breaking Benjamin, and Three Days Grace being “Music with balls.”

  • Ark Hunter

There’s Godsmack and Rob Zombie too. What are you complaining about if you don’t like Steve Miller?

  • flashuk1983

phreakatron….. I totally agree with all you said.
I’m only just 25 really, and have known who Steve Miller was for as long as I can remember

  • El Boxo

Steve Miller Band is awesome! And lol @ Seether and Breaking Benjamin being ‘music with balls’

  • http://thosecleverkids.com/blog yerfatwa

Put me down as happy about Steve Miller as well, but ecstatic about Feed the Tree.

  • BryceS

But where is Queen? We haven’t seen a Queen track since Guitar Hero 1 and even that was a cover (albeit a very good one). I want full albums of A Night At The Opera, Greatest Hits 1 and Greatest Hits 2!

  • diablo1967

Steve Miller Band are for people who also like Toto, Asia, REO Speedwagon and Whitesnake. It’s a genre called “Dadrock”. All those who reckon “Abracadabra” should be added to DLC clearly have no taste or any idea what a guitar is.

  • snoogins

How about some Seether, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace or Biffy Clyro? Music with balls. More like balls on their chin

  • MakeItFree

It’s time Microsoft made Xbox Live free, i can’t afford to pay for the service in this recession. Sony’s service is free and im sure there service is going to pick up very soon, similarities are begining to emerge between the services. I tried sony’s service out and found it is fantastic. So how about it Microsoft? does anyone else agree with me here?

On a personal note once my gold membership expires, I don’t think i will be renewing it.

  • drWaLLs

Mute Math – Typical = MUST BUY!!

  • Karachi King

    @diablo1967
Some people just like good music, regardless of what year it came out. I bought the Steve Miller pack, but I also bought the Rob Zombie and Godsmack songs(released within the last 5 years or so).
You may call it “dadrock”, but I just call it “awesome”. ;)

About half my Rock Band songs are from this decade, but my favourite songs are the Boston tracks, and I would love some Toto and Whitesnake added to the mix(probably wouldn’t complain about Asia or REO Speedwagon either).

    I’m 24 by the way.

  • DamianIsabel

wee need more 60′s/70′s classics like these for sure, I have all RB DLC Songs btw.
next week jane’s addiction – nothing shocking the album!

  • Anon 87

    “Space Cowboy” and “The Joker”
    are the same song

  • Thunder Buckets

    @anon 11.

    No.

    They’re not.

The opening lyrics to the Joker references the song Space Cowboy which was from an entirely different album.

    Dadrock huh?

So what is the cool hip new slang for the bands that kids listen to?

    Virginrock? ;)

  • SeeUInTheFuture

Godsmack and Rob Zombie?! Want more now!

  • ik00R

meeh… why not the truly amazing tune “serenade”??
