just got it, cannot wait to play it!

  • Anonymous

Cant seem to download it, been trying for an hour. Been quitting at 84% every time. Anyone else in the same boat? Thanks

  • Pirate at 30

The first Dead pack was awesome, can’t wait to play it

  • Retro Rockbot

You should be put in prison for life if you don’t get this pack, even if you don’t have rock band

  • Warrengonline

First Street Fighter IV, THEN Star Ocean, (LOTR: Conquest sneaks in) Resident Evil 5, NOW Grateful Dead!!!!? Do we get back taxes on ‘Things Microsoft’? The first Grateful Dead Pack was, IS JUST GREAT! Casey Jones is the most entertaining song I’ve heard that is mellow, yet violent, smooth, but very rough around the edges. “… you’d be better off dead, the switchman’s sleep’in, the train is 102 and on the wrong track and headed for you..”

My surely my next RB2 DLC.

  • MeS FEAR

Major where is the LIVE Activity Post for this week? cant find it…hope u will post it soon cuz i am always looking for the stats

  • JaMeS292

I really want rock band! Is it any good?????

    James.

  • r3dreck

Yes James it is very good… if you like GH then you’ll like RB2 better. Easier too.

  • El Boxo

i love the Grateful Dead, and honestly, this track pack kinda sucks. Would’ve been better with Slipknot!, Eyes of the World, Scarlet Begonias, Crazy Fingers, & Friend of the Devil

  • skyfire420

no james its not, world tour has outsold RB2 2:1
its a COD sandwich with bologna in between

[This is going to be longwinded] When I first heard of Guitar Hero, I thought it was going to be cool, then biasedly tossed it aside as I never heard of many of the songs, only a hand full of them. Then Rock Band – another fad, sheesh. A friend (co-worker) who’s Jamaican who shows NO INTEREST in rock and roll. Then he surprises me with “Rock Band rocks yo, you gett’in it!?1″ I “Pfft!” him off. The following week on Sun morn, I was at EB, bought the LIMITED FULL KIT Edition. I sang one song (okay, I sang two), I was so excited, I called up my cousin to tell him (he was a drummer in his high school band), I drove the 2 hours to his house and we had a howling good time. FastForward>>>I got a deal on Ebay for Guitar Hero III and the wireless guitar (currently broken), and played it, WOWZERS!! Loved it. But… If you want to have ‘video game fun’, Rock Band is the safe bet. If you want ‘realistic’ EXCELLENT guitar playing, Guitar Hero III and Guitar Hero: Aerosmith are sure fire winners. I say get both eventually. But try them both. Guitar Hero is all about ‘YOU’. Rock Band is about being social and working together (SAVED!). Look my name up on youtube – only Rock Band videos for now. I’m sure you can find some Guitar Hero clips also.

    @skyfire420
Um, losing lottery tickets outsold World Tour, that does not mean they are better (obviously). If I was stuck on an island and had to choose, I’d choose Rock Band any day. No disrespect to either parties and companies. They are both great games, it is all in what you prefer.

I’m a singer (aka Tone Deaf Ear Popper) and I can pick up a guitar and rock out when someone else wants to sing Since I’m the party guy, my drums are only used during parties. I hate the drums as I’m a dummy when it comes to those things. But I have friends who love them. So why not?

I will say, it kinda bites none of my friends really care for World Tour. Even the one who sold it to me instead of EBGames ($5 more than them at $24; Aerosmith for $13 also – shame, but I took it).

  • Ganon255

It’s good to see new content every week, but really I would prefer to have more variety. I own 436/559 songs, and I doubt I will pick this up any time soon.

  • Ark Hunter

Typo in the text, Grateful Dead Pack 01 instead of 02. Bha more Grateful Dead….

  • Matt

I have to agree with one of the previous posters. When I logged on to majors site today and saw this I was excited at first, then read the song list. While, I too, like the Grateful Dead this is kinda a weak listing. About the only song that I would absolutely love to play is Uncle John’s Band. I know that the company got a total of 18 songs licensed from the Dead, so that leaves another 6-pack. Here is to hoping that AT LEAST “Eyes of the World” and maybe a Brent Myland song is on the last 6 pack. My hopes would be on either Far From Me or Tons of Steel. After seeing this list, anything is possible. someone mentioned Slipknot! I think that the combo of Help on the way/slipknot! would be a terrific addition to already released Franklin’s Tower. Just a little more than 2 cents worth of opinion

To anyone who cares, I had a 8007000d error and i struggled all day to figure it out and after googling it came to the idea that i had to insert my xbox directly into my modem. well i didnt do that i instead went into my router and disabled my DMZ for my xbox and it worked…I also reset my router just before I did this. I cant explain how it makes any sense at all but if this happens to you try disabling your DMZ and powercycling your internet connection

  • ElfNeedsFoodBad

    Meh, where’s Touch of Grey???
