XBox Live seems to be having some issues, at least for me. The website says “server too busy” and I can’t log in on the console. I wish it was the demand for this game that’s causing the problems!

I’ve been looking forward ot this. Can’t wait to get it!
+ Is it 800 MS Points? If so, that’s a pretty fair price for this DLC

So Xbox Live is down as of March 27, 2009 at 7 a.m. EST? I saw the ‘Server Busy” on Major Nelson’s profile while visiting here on my DSi. I tried to connect to Live and it gave me a “Cannot connect” and the Test Connection screen. Peggle Challenge offline then. . .

Oops, oy vey… March 27… May 27….. Wiiking I still can not connect on my end. Back to Peggle.

Strange that Major hasn’t told us about this maintainence though.

Its not maintenance.

1. He would have told us
2. This isn’t the normal time maintenance is carried out (time of day and day of the week – They wont do maintenance on a Wednesday with arcade titles out.
3. The UK community manager said on twitter that “Looks like Xbox LIVE is having a few problems – will ask around and see what the deal is. Thanks for your patience”

8:17 a.m. Live is up and functioning. 8 more challenges left in Peggle Challenge Mode! DLing Wallace and Grom – hope it a tad better in game play than the GameCube version – more sophisticated puzzles and gadgets. It was fun, but more “Pac Man 3D” fun, than “Kung Fu Panda” fun. Now off to work…. “Yeahhhh! (yeh right)

My xbox has been frozen the 4th time since the problems were “solved”. And it just happens with my online Profile. Offline, everything is fine. GET THIS FIXED. And am I the only 1 with this problem? Write comments guys…Thanks.

The Wallace and Gromit game download is broken. Tried downloading it in my lunchbreak. The MS Points got spent, but there was an error message which prevented download. Should be able to download it later without being charged again. Fingers crossed.

I could buy the W&G game but i still got that code when i want to DL it

I just sent an email to the engineers about the LIVE Marketplace having issues. They’ll get it fixed

LOrN: If you delete wallace and gromit from the harddrive (Unknown game) it should work fine again, it has happened a few times for me already.

Yeh, some of us have specific problems. I was going to report this last night, but fell asleep. I was in a chat with a friend, then he put in a game, it needed to be updated, I thought he was leaving, so I jumped into an invite sent party chat request with two other friends, and when friend 31 came back online, he auto-joined the party. Moments later we were all ‘kicked’, not dropped, but the message said kicked. Also with that, I could not longer make a Party Chat, Join a Party Chat or accept Party Chat Invites. Fix? Rebooted system and it a.o.k., weird. Also L0rN, do you let your system sit for like one minute after freezing? Mine does something weird where it freezes and if I let it sit for say 47 seconds, it ‘catches up’. This is not to be confused with game lock up or system lock up – this ‘freeze’ will not allow the dashboard button to be activated. I have not been taking notes and I sense it only happens to me at the moment. The one good thing is that I could watch the Outlander preview with only two hiccups with buffering.

i took out my ethernet cable and its running fine now thought my xbox was on the fritz its only 3 months old :/

Hmm… I like this game, but not enough. I’ll give it a pass for now, with any luck a full package will hit retail and I’ll just swipe it then.

Now that LIVE seems to be fine, about the game: I reckon it sucks. It’s just outright boring and the framerate struggles. What age group did they make this for?

Fellow aussie here. My old ’06 Xbox was having problems with the guide (stalled a lot), traded it in and got an ’09 model – no problems since. The market place aint that slow either – any chance your problem is with your xbox or connection?

Just finished the game a little bit ago. I enjoyed it. Finished with 140/200 achievement points.
