First off where is cellfactor second why do you German’s complain about a nazi game when you know damn well that your country does not allow anything to mention or feature nazi’s because of world war 2. Heck the world war 2 games you get have to be reskinned and all symbols and historical information must be removed.

  • SeeUInTheFuture

lol, I love me some Nazi killing games!

  • KineticOnline

I was able to get it downloaded but only after I setup a new account.

The only thing i difference i can see is that my Live ID country was UK, my new one is Ireland.

Damm region lock in between countries MS consider as one region

  • Dubbington

Not available in ten regions AND packed with 160MB of non-optional bloat in the US release? Good stuff.

Cell Factor now available. 800 pts.

  • K04 Passat

I bought this and Cellfactor. I’ve really been enjoying Cellfactor, tonight.

  • VEGEMITE 98

    Dear Major Nelson,

I am writing, to officially ask why Wolfenstein 3D is not being released in Australia, as all previous version have been available since this game was first created. The failure to release some games, is getting out of hand, and it is left to us gamers, to find out why, and now I ask for your assistance, it getting some of these answers.

I have already contacted Activision, and I await there response, but if you could please share an official response, which many Australians would appreciate.

Thanks for your time, and I await a response.

oho man..I remember playing this on my OLD POWER MACINTOSH. Good memories man…

When I get me some more points I’ll think about getting this one. :D Good job Major! It seems you guys have nearly covered every old/classic game I could possibly want on the system so far!

Oh, and it sure is whining in here. Seriously guys, stop whing for once.

    FOR ONCE.

  • VEGEMITE 98

@ XxLightKunxX, sorry that the whining is getting to you, but that’s what happens when a game isn’t release to certain countries, you have already experienced it when canada got 1 v 100 before you!

  • CosMick

    Wow!

I can’t believe Cellfactor is an Arcade game, Its pretty much a UT3 clone which ain’t a bad thing, using the Unreal Engine 3, it looks graphically awesome.

    Well worth 800ms points.

  • Exu

Two FPS games in the same week? Hmm, hope that doesn’t come back to bite you. Regardless, Wolfenstein has been bought and Cellfactor will be trialed when I’m back to my Xbox.

You really need to stop shafting other regions and countries.

    Fix the laggy guide.

  • K04 Passat

I played Cellfactor all night. FANTASTIC.

  • The chenry

Hey Major, I tried to buy it and they said it’s not available in Canada. What’s up?

  • N3WB13 R0N

    canad is broken the chenry most be.. >.>;;

  • XxLightkunxX

    @VEGEMITE

It’s interesting that I was keeping track of the 1 vs 100 beta when it released in Canada and saw the whining there. Unbelievable. I’m just content with the knowledge that people will whine about anything really. Most of it is just incessant, needless bickering but some of it does have merit. SOME of it.

  • GrindingFarmer

I am glad I tried to download the demo before paying anything, because I’ve been hearing a lot of people trying to get the full game only to have the amount removed from their account and the game not getting downloaded.

  • K04 Passat

What? Really? I’ve never heard of that happening. I downloaded this without trialing it, and no problem.

  • BrooksterMax

Great game, faithful recreation of the original PC version. The music is at the correct 386 PC speed of the time :)

The price point of 400MSP is spot on too, well done all.

  • Azor

Although this game was revolution at its time, it’s just lame now and seriously not worth revisiting when there is so many other games more worthy of gaming time. I won’t be downloading, even if it was free.

  • shane86

It’s pretty obvious why it’s not being released in Germany or Austria

  • donut77

Cheers to Vegemite 98 for attempting to get the ball rolling as to why it has not been released in Australia.

  • VEGEMITE 98

@donut77, thanks for that, I am STILL trying with Activision Australia to find out who owns the lecense in Australia and New Zealand, and will try again on Tuesday. For Everyone else I have no intentions of chasing up to why your country didn’t get it. that can be left up to you, or you could wait for Major Nelson to tell you why not! He is very good a reponding to questions like this!

  • drdanick

I’ve been waiting forever for this, now I can’t have it. Our classification office allows games like this, even given the fact that it does has nazi content. This is not on, I can walk into any old games store and buy the PC version LEGALLY. Can you at least give a valid reason why you had to spoil my day?

  • VEGEMITE 98

Australia & New Zealand, Keep and eye on your Marketplace or PSN store in the next couple of weeks, “apparently” WOLF 3d is on it’s way, every other ocuntry that didn’t get it? um chase it up yourself! oh and demo of the new wolfenstein will be available soon as well
