Xbox LIVE Marketplace issues (Resolved)

I just got back from Iraq, and catching up on some email when I see that we’re seeing an issue affecting a small amount of content on Xbox LIVE Marketplace since the service came back online. In other words, you may have problems accessing some of the content. I want to let you know that the LIVE engineers are actively engaged and working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.

Update:  The issues around accessing Xbox LIVE Marketplace content are now resolved.

    yeah me too a lot of the images are not coming in as well i get a blue box with a question mark in it for where my avatar should be

    Why is no one acknowledging that the Support section is still having issues? I need to print a label out to send out my XBOX, but the pages never load for “Check Repair Status” or “Contact Support”.

    Major, the issues have NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I’m getting an error, “An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later.” whenever I try to renew my Gold membership via a 12-month code. I’m calling Xbox Live support tonight, but please update your blog to indicate that there are still problems.

    Keep getting errors that I can’t download Mutant Storm Reloaded, while the points were taken away from me. This makes me a very Sad Panda. :’(

    Doesn’t seem completely fixed to me. While I can download, I still get a “cannot retrieve information from Xbox Live” error message.

    Any ideas?

    LIVE still isn’t 100%. A lot of content when being browsed will display an error message code then bump itself out of the browsing menu. It fixes itself once you re-load it, but it is a pain.

    To add onto me not able to view my achievement list, I just checked and every single achievement I got during this issue started hasn’t updated on xbox.com yet! this may be serious. and also the wrong place to bring it up unless it was caused by the issues from yesterday. but other than that the marketplace is working fine for me

    Major sorry to tell you but they are not resolved, error codes are stilling popping up left and right, marketplace has become slower than before! ( I didn’t think that was possible, but congrats on that one),

    codes like 8000ffff and another one I forgot to write down are appearing when you select ANY marketplace content, eventually you can skip these codes and eventually download the content, but the appearance of error codes signify that the problem has not been fixed.

    I’m still getting error messages left and right. I got the Magic trial to download but when it was about to finish my 360 froze and continued to freeze up right after booting up until I went into my download queue on the xbox.com to take it out of the queue, then everything worked fine.

    I’ve also started having a problem where my 360 is not reading discs but support.xbox.com isn’t working at all, the site won’t even load.

    This is pretty sad Major, you pop outta nowhere “Oops sorry, everything’s fine now!” without so much even seeing if that’s really the case and well, as people are saying, errors are STILL going on.

    *sigh* I expect this to not happen on a service we millions of Live members pay for. It’s just not right.

    yes Light has a right to say that problems are still occuring, because they are!
    you don’t come out and say “everythings fixed” when it isn’t, (well that’s what we do Australia) maybes Americas differnt who knows, who cares, it’s just bad form to say that it’s fine when it’s not!.

    you state you ain’t never lost a game before, i can picture what would happen if you did lose, you speak your highpitched voice that everyone cheats!

    So get over it and crawl back in the whole you came from, and leave this to the people that know what we are talking about.

    now back on topic, I did a random check on things in the marketplace and the 8000ffff errors are everywhere, so it’s still not fixed. unless of course your get things from the xbox.com then it works like a bought one. (I see another free arcade game coming)

    Now the pictures of everything aren’t appearing in the marketplace! getting the marketplace to work is as ellusive as finding the WMD!

    Are there still issues? Yesterday 18th downloading Magic the gathering had a download error and I couldn’t download it. I haven’t tried today

    as of 6:49pm 20 June 2009, the problems STILL exist. but you should be download magic the gathering, if any pop up, just ignore them, I have a feeling the errors are due to the fact that the pictures are not loading up properly. but the content is still there.

    Oh, okay, I thought it was just me and I just let me que with Sam & Max downloading when ever it is ready. I could not download Crackdown gamer pics, again, thought it was me. I’ll check it later.

    I’m still having issues. I can’t access any content outside of my friends and my own content. No marketplace at all, I keep getting an error code 80072ee2, I’ve had the issue since playing 1 vs 100 on Saturday.

    well I’ve only been playing Crackdown so I’ve missed most of the issues, but I did notice a new issue that I don’t see mentioned by anyone else so far. xbox.com only works in Internet Explorer before the update it would work with Firefox but that is broken as 99% of what I try to do fails unless I’m in a Internet Explorer window.
