    Nice, I might actually buy this now.

    Hang, 2 good deals of the week in a row?, are MS feeling ok?!!!

  • Geoff The Hero

    I ain’t never lost a match of Street Fighter before.

  • MeS FEAR

    Great!!! Would be awesome if it would cost 600 Points but anyway…800 is a good deal to me…will buy it! Hope there will be more good deals the next weeks

  • rogXue

    wow Nice deal was waiting for this to drop. question is will we see this dropped for ps3 in the next week as well lol

  • Euphoric Fusion

    Got Street Fighter 4 now so what’s the point?
    Nice for people that don’t though.

  • Ollyh

    Wasn’t expecting this deal, might actually pick this one up.

  • Ark Hunter

    @Geoff The Hero
    Because you disconnect when y’r going to loose. :P

  • monosocratic

    a good deal. thanks microsoft.

  • Twilight Miasma

    Now this is what we’re talking about! Deals that are actually worth the points!

  • Anonymous

    fix the dash lag ?

  • sleepydumbdude

    W00T just purchased. This morning though I almost bought it on the dashboard and the first link said 800 then when you go to confirm purchase it still said 1200. Don’t know if it was glitched or what anyways I just bought it on the site with no problem.

  • L0rN

    Wow, this is after Operation Anchorage the second real Deal of the week actually. Finally you listened and understood, that we don`t want 3 year old crap which wasn`t bought anyway. Thank You.

  • Danowat32

    @ Big Guino, Major said the lag will be fixed soon in the latest weekly show.

  • UKresistance

    I think I’d buy just about any game at 100 MS points. How about you pick some game that sells zilch now at that price? Like Space Giraffe.

  • BigDaddyChacon

    Sweet deal. I’ll pick it up for sure now.

  • Karamutengo

    And now we will see that Marvel Vs Capcom 2 will cost 1200MP or more :P

  • Cumore

    MvC2 does cost 1200 points – or at least it should as it says it would in the press release.

  • Warrengonline

    @Geoff The Hero
    You ‘ain’t’ never lost a match of Street Fighter before? Hmmm…. I challenge you to best 3 of 5. Let me know when, Xbox360, not PS3. Disconnecting is for the unworthy.

    @T360UK CHIEF
    Can you REALLY have enough Street Fighter? Okay, okay, outside of EX Series? :)

    @Tyke666
    I’m looking so forward to MvC2, I bought 4000 points the week before last week, but spent like 2000 points on:
    ▪ Burnout Paradise Toy Cars
    ▪ Burnout Time Saver (unlocked ALL of the cars for me)
    ▪ Gunstar Heroes (beat it/all achievements – going for beating it on HARDEST setting now)
    ▪ A Kingdom for Keflings

    and I think that was it, I have like a little over 1900 points WAITING for Marvel vs Capcom2. The PS3′s version is sweet, but I really look forward to the Xbox Live version. Hopefully it’ll sell off the chain and a part 3 will be retail. It’s all about good controller input, no or minimal lag while playing and a lobby for other to spectate the fight.

    Glad to see the price drop on this game even though I already have it.

  • SyVyN11

    $15 for MvC2 is very reasonable.

    Try paying $70 for the Xbox verison. And then it wouldn’t work on backwards compatibility mode.

  • Makavelo

    Finally a real deal, too bad i already paid 1200 for it :(

  • Warrengonline

    @SyVyN11
    Xbox Marvel vs Capcom 2 is only $39.99 at listed here:
    http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/m/marvelvscapcom2/details.page/

    Now on Dreamcast and PS2 it is $70 to $95 depending on the condition and what you get (box, book or all of the above).

    It kind of bites it is not backward compatible. I almost bought it until I learned that ONE thing. I have it on Dreamcast, but my Dreamcast was busted and well, I gave it away and my friend fixed it. Oops.

    I hope the D-Pad input is as good as SF4′s! “Photon-n-n-n-n-n-n Canon-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-n!”

  • Mike Kelehan

    At E3 I got to play Shadow Complex, and harass Mark Coates in person about the 360′s d-pad. Which is pretty sweet, except for his answer to my question, “So you do know there’s a problem?” “I wouldn’t say it’s a problem.” Really? Have you used other d-pads? If people are complaining that it’s not responsive enough, fix it. A d-pad should be nothing less than PERFECTLY RESPONSIVE.

  • DESM0

    nice deal…gonna let some friends know!

  • Rick Dias PK

    Excellent! I already own this, but if I didn’t I would have bought into this deal. Thank you for a solid offer this week!

  • tabicat

    I’m not interested in this particular game, but this is definitely the kind of deal-of-the-week I want to see. 1200 points games for 800 is a must-buy for me. Please keep it up, Major!

  • Yukon Cornelius

    Way to keep up to Amazon … we’ll probably see Puzzle Fighter next week, correct? :-)

  • BrooksterMax

    Not my cup of tea this game, but agree with the sentiments – a proper deal!

    More like this please :)

  • MACPH1ST0

    Yeah not my cup of tea either, but with this and Knothole Island next week for 560 points, it’s FINALLY been a great month for the Deal of the Week, and I hope the great deals continue in July too!

  • LordBBH

    Geoff the Hero is always a hero, he ain’t never lost a match of Street Fighter in his life.

  • Warrengonline

    @Yukon Cornelius
    That’s be awesome for those who do not have it. Its hard to find a stable multiplayer game. I rarely play it, but it is fun.
