    Hey major the podcast was only 25 minutes long instead of 2:17:59. I tried to redownload it and it came out the same. Is it just me or have other people had this problem?

    I liked: Hearing about Madballs in Babo: Invasion, and would have liked to hear more than just about five minute’s worth. Also, while I don’t recall hearing about a Deal of the Week, apparently others did based on their earlier comments on this post. If it’s what they say it was (Ikaruga), I definitely like that.

    I was upset by: EA getting the lion’s share of the show time. I am not fond of the company and their behavior, and listening to what amounted to about an hour of free advertising for them left me unhappy.

    And as Major Nelson mentioned being unable to fly the plane in BF1943, I offer this explanation: The human soul is weighed down by Earth’s gravity, and that is why he cannot fly!

    GvD comment on how BF:1943 was bigger than anyone anticipated tells me something..The community is ready for digital distribution..I for one, would gladly pay a reduced price for a game with no disc or manual. I’d like to see Bad Company 2 or ODST available in both formats. Can it hurt??? I would purchase both of these over a disc any day.

    Why does EA still refuse to incorporate LEGACY control schemes? I feel they would have even more people play the game if those controls were available. I use Legacy and I tried to use the default controls, but it was so different. It seems like the game would be a ton of fun and I wish I could play it. They should take note that the top 3 most played LIVE games from week to week all have the Legacy control option. Just an observation.

    Very interesting about e saying that bad feedback/avoiding people isn’t taken into account for ranked matches. I’ve seen it ignored in the past as I’ve been re-matched with people I blocked in 1-on-1 games (I thought it was a bug), but I didn’t realise it was by design.

    It doesn’t seem right to me really; I’m sure there’d be enough other people to be matched with, and I’d rather have no-one to play with at all than have to play with someone who I knew wrecked a previous game and I had intentionally blocked. I can only imagine that it comes down to the additional filtering needed on the matching query taking the overall execution time to a too high level – I can’t think of how else it would benefit the user experience.

    BrooksterMax – It was Funky’s original Xbox 101 music that they played. I’m not sure why they played it as it’s probably a few years since it was last played, but it was interesting to hear :)
