Major you need to fix this post. The title is Sonic & Knuckles, the description is Sonic and Knuckles, but the content points to Virtual On. Oh and yeah the whole 3360 thing .

Skip this and get Sonic’s Ultimate Genesis Collection. Which includes this game and like 48 others for around $20(if you shop around).

Whereas the disc, that Mario23air mentioned, does not have lock-on. Which is REALLY SILLY.

Anyway yeah Sonic 3 & Knuckles is amazing. I just wish there were some extra achievements for the bonus features. One for Blue Sphere, one for Knux in Sonic 2, and one for S3&K. Come on MS, make it happen, it is TECHNICALLY DLC after all.

Though it does link to the correct page, it still says VO at the top.
The game has the unlock capaility for both Sonic 2 and if you have the full XBLA version on your HDD. I’m sorry to hear W&G#2 was delayed, I was thinking about picking both those games up in a short while.

Anyway, I really hope the next Xbox is not called 3360 or 720 for that matter.
As I’m sure it would be a same architecture upgrade, Xbox 365 would be a nicer moniker for everyday use. As a (Windows) Media Center solution with a Blu-Ray recorder and a CI+-slot with optional USB dongles for different TV-reception standards. Now that would be the ULTIMATE home console!

It still has the XBox 3360 bit up there too… I’m interested in this game and may get it sometime in the future.

This game brought back memories. I downloaded it up as soon as I saw it. I think the achievements will be easy to get.

Oh, when I say Sonic CD I mean with an option for BOTH soundtracks please Sega.

Disappointing, in many ways. And this is coming from a dude who loved the Genesis Sonics and hated just about everything that came after.

The biggest offenders:

- No multiplayer coop for Sonic 3 and Knuckles (part of S&K’s Bonus Content), despite multiplayer coop being available for Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 on its own.

- Only three save files with no level select in both Sonic 3 and S3&K. On the Genesis, Sonic 3 had 6 files, and S3&K had like 8, and once you beat the game on a file, you could choose any level you wanted. Backbone’s system lets you save anywhere, which is nice, but doesn’t let you use the Sonic 3 and S3&K file system.

As for Sonic CD: that game is wildly overrated. The level design is pretty bad (Wacky Workbench being the worst offender), the music fails to impress (even the original soundtrack is kinda bleh), and the animations are straight out of Sonic 1 despite Sonic 2 having already been released.
