  • Cronan

    Not showing up in ITunes, not in the UK anyway.

  • Cronan

    At least, not on my iPhone

    I just listened to it. Natal has indeed a LOT of potential and the Japanese developer base can bring a lot of positive ideas and gaming incentive to it.

    But what I think the people at MS need to understand is that funding Japanese game development projects, only to have them forward them to the PS3 with better features the year after, is NOT good publicity amongst the Xbox 360 gamer fanbase.

    I hope to see Natal on the horizon for Holiday 2010. I personally can’t wait to see what it brings us!

    Hmmm… After playing You’re in the Movies, and before that Rocky and Bullwinkle and before that Totem Ball, Project Natal showed some improvements. I do have to admit, the demo of the girl trying to block all the balls with her body and kick them was good as a tech demo, but really reminded me of the launch of the Super Scope 6, not sure why. The Paint Party is a winner in its own rights – blew my mind. But the Milo demo was totally spectacular – that’s what I want (containing my excitement). The video demo of the kid texturing (skinning) his skateboard was awesome (unreal), but awesome. Hopefully the restrictions on image scanning (copyright, offensive, etc) won’t have too many features removed from it and at least, like Tiger Woods’ golf games, Enable or Disable User Created Content. SEGA hopefully will lead the innovation of good games by using the research and feedback from the Activator from long, long ago. What to do and what not to do. I know for sure it won’t be a disappointment.

    @Thief000
    You have to remember, some features may sound better, but in actuality to your personal liking, you might not like them and stick with your original.

    The translator wasnt too good.

    Cant wait for project natal. I love how xbox changes through software. Feels like im getting a new system every year.

  • Wingman1977

    If Natal is used correctly (by the developers), it could very well change the way we play video games forever

  • Warrengonline

    @Wingman1977
    Just I listened to the broadcast and it sounds like they have the old school, new school, disabled gamers and more in mind. That is really nice! I really liked the comparison of the the driving – I played Mario Kart on the Wii at a party and most of us agreed we’d rather ‘hold the air’ (like when we all were kids pretending to drive) or play it tradition style with the directional pad. If developers get that left turn and right turn with Natal and just your hands to execute flawlessly – a lot of Grandma’s, Grandpa’s and little tykes are going to have a blast…. and loads of us too.

  • darkdeath174

    chance of a video with subtitles?

  • mchiefvs360

    I wonder how you would play a FPS with Natal? It’d be kind of hard to walk forward, wouldn’t it?

  • Lynch182

    i don’t think it’ll be any good, the most popular games on xbox live are your call of dutys, halos, gears of war, GTA, fifas, maddens. i can’t see it working better than the standard controller on any of those, plus the cost of the item when it’s out will be more than the console itself, wireless adaptors are £60, i remember when the HD DVD drive was out (before it failed) was £129.99. how much fun will you have talking to your tv every day? (unless you need imaginary friends) and you certainly won’t be using the paint everyday. maybe i’m completely wrong but i’ll have to see it to be able to change my mind, am i the only person looking at this from outside the box? it’ll be a glorified eyetoy with next gen graphics because all it’ll do is sense movement. totemball games for life? i don’t think so.
