    I’ve purchased this from Steam last year due to nostalgia of the original game. I’m very tempted to buy it again for the 360 especially since the sequal is having a remake and is hopefully out this summer.

    I’ve never been much into this type of game, but from the comments here and hearing Ryans (from the OXM podcast) interview with the developer of this and the second one coming out soon, I think I’ll buy it and give it a try.

    I tried the demo – it definately brings me back to the (really really really) old days, playing police quest on my Tandy, for example. :)

    But the demo ended so quickly – it’s hard to guage the title.

    Then again – for only $5 I may just have to buy it.

    Deal of the Week officially now has more repeats than BBC One.
    Of course this is a good deal and I recommend taking advantage if you don’t have it already but Christ, just whack it on Arcade Hits already if you need to drop the price twice.

    And I liked it so I bought it.

    @Exu Cbeebies has way more repeats. They repeat the exact same episode of a show twice everyday. Don’t ask how I know just belive me.

    Should have given those Avatar items way with the purchase of the game. That would be a kind of cool addition to digital downloads. Free wand prop when you buy Lego Harry Potter from Games on Demand or something like that.

    @Ark Hunter: Yeah…some of those items they sell in the Avatar Marketplace should’ve been avatar awards in the game. That’s something that’s kind of annoying me with developers. Because MS created this Avatar Marketplace…most developers would rather you pay for any avatar stuff instead of giving you awards. Look how many games have avatar awards and then compare to those you have to pay for. “Pay for” greatly outnumbers them. I think Microsoft should force developers to put avatar awards in their games from this point on. Valve and Bungie are the only two companies so far who I think have done a decent job of providing avatar awards.

    I’m starting to see repeat sales now, surely there’s so much content on marketplace that we don’t need to repeat sales yet.

    Waiting on borderlands DLC sale on Moxxy arenas.

    Bought the day it came out. I just wish it add more achievements to add to the replay value. Arcade games should have 500 achievement points. :)

    It’s funny to see people complain that an item has already been DotW as if everyone who didn’t get it at release, got it the last time it was DotW. In fact all I’m waiting for now the ‘I already have this, this deal sucks’ post!

    That being said, there are items on the marketplace that haven’t been DotW which could be (I’m pretty sure there’s more to selecting an item than a random pick), but that still doesn’t detract from the fact that this deal is still a great deal regardless if it’s been done before, I’m sure they’ll get many more sales from this.

    Sweet. I already bought this on PC & iPhone, so for $5 in Space Bucks I figured I’d grab it on my Xbox 360 as well! (I actually think the XBLA version is the best of the 3 versions I own.)
