Xbox 360, Xbox Live By Larry Hryb, Xbox LIVE's Major Nelson

Netflix, maybe I am blind but I never found anything “NEW RELEASE” on the app, always old or unknown movies. I could be blind…

I thought Zune was cool until I saw the prices…

ABC Sky & BBC, that’s 50% 3 more CNN, FOX, Al Jazeera and you got the best 6 lying brainwashing propaganda news together.

  • Scott Crawford

And by the way, I enjoy my Blu Ray collection… DO I need to say more Nelson?

  • Márcio Pereira

Thanks for not giving a single f*** to my country, again! Will the youtube service be available to Portugal or we stay out of it again? Our live subscription should be reduced to half of the price, since we don’t get any of these (and old) new features. PORTUGUESE LIVE SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

    • Nicholas Groseclose

who gives a f*** about Portugal?

  • CyberSkull

I really hate the new Netflix. It’s much harder to use.

    • B.J. Baye

Totally agreed. It’s also annoying in that it loses track of the last episode I watched. I was making my way through Stargate: SG1 and before the update it’d always load up the next episode when I selected the series. Now, it automatically starts playing episode 1 every time.

Unfortunately this latest dash update has severely degraded my video experience with Xbox360. Let me preface with saying I use my X360 for 2 purposes: Games (obviously), and streaming video from my NAS or Media PCs.

This latest update has broken the remote control interface in such that the PLAY button now acts as the select button, so I no longer can quickly start a video with it. This is a hugely disappointing change, and unnecessary as there is already a select/OK button to use!

Secondly, getting to the video tiles takes 2 or 3 times as much effort now as it did before. I wish we could customize the tile location like on Win8/WinPhone, but alas… I’m very disappointed with the interface now.

Have people not realized that the new dash is still in the preview stage?
Things WILL change in the coming weeks, just keep posting feedback and stop trying to threaten Microsoft with you cancelling your gold account, as if that will make a dent in their earnings.

    • Mitch Fuller

Have you not realized that they basically released a beta update to everyone?  That’s the real problem, instead of refining things and getting all the apps up and running with “beta testers” they decided to annoy everyone with a half-brained update.

      • Shoe Lawl

And? What are we losing from that? What’s wrong with getting used to the new layout before they dump a slew of content on us?

  • Noah Throop

the new dash is good but will youtube come to xbox soon i need to know

  • Shoe Lawl

What? It’s the providers charging their own, separate fee, not Microsoft.
