Xbox 360 2011 Holiday Console Line up

Now that the Holiday season is upon us, I wanted to let you know what the console offerings are available for the Holiday. From the 4GB console or the Xbox 360 250 GB Kinect bundle all the way up to the Xbox 360 Limited Edition Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 console we’ve got something for anyone on your gift list.

Here is the latest list of consoles and bundles that you can look for in stores:

Many of these bundles are available in most regions where Xbox 360 is sold, but check out the Xbox 360 section of for your region for specifics.

If you want to share this information on your website, just click the ‘Information About This Workbook’ link in the Excel Web App toolbar above and that will give you embed code.

I did not include the Xbox 360 Gears of War 3 LE Bundle in this list because it’s was a limited edition bundle and it is now becoming pretty difficult to find.

Many of you have asked for the Gears 3 console sounds so you can use them for as ring tones etc. I have great news!  I have located the original files and happy to share them here as WAV files for your personal use:

power on/off and disk tray eject.

I got my kids the 4G Kinect bundle from Wal-Mart with a $50 gift card for $199 on Black Thursday night. Excited for them to have their own Kinect finally. Maybe now I can finally play with mine?

That night was really crazy.  I had a woman, who was buying the 4GB Kinect, to buy a 250GB HDD for it, as the 4GB is internal.  She did buy it, but I never saw her again.

Is there a UK / European Major Nelson who has a website with similar information?

    • Major Nelson

Andy, most of these console bundles are available in Europe.
But check out the local version of to be sure.

      • Zak Hayer

Major ANDY is asking if there is a similar person to you who is not based in the USA but is based in the UK and would provide primarily UK information since you provide primarily USA info with exceptions…

Can these sounds be used on my iphone?

    • Jeff Beck

I don’t have one but if you put it on your phone like a file in your music or ringtone file folder.. then assign a new ringtone and choose the sound you want….

Picked up a 250GB Holiday Bundle for myself yesterday to replace my aging old launch console.

Major do you know they will reduce the price of the current “fat” hard drives I’m still running an Elite and I’m wanting to upgrade the hard drive since i cant afford the 360  S yet

      I bought the 320Gb HHD for $99

    • Mark

The largest hard drive is 250GB, 320GB is only for the 360 S.  I have yet to replace my 60GB with a 120GB HDD, since I’m usually out of space.

The 360 4GB Console reminds me of the old 360 Arcade I got 3 years ago.  Still works today, but at the time it had 256MB MU & 5 Arcade games included  No HDD though.

Just upgraded to the Holiday Bundle from my old 20 gb model.  SO much nicer and SO much quieter.
