    no kinect :(

It doesn’t use Kinect. I’m confused, did you think this was a Kinect game or were you dismayed that it isn’t?

Either of those things is wrong.

      • http://twitter.com/bmcomp Brian Milton

I just taught it would have been kinect enabled.

When it was announced that EA Sports Grand Slam Tennis (the first one, which came out on Wii) was coming to 360, kinect support was announced as a feature, although that was two years ago. And then there was EA’s announcement that several of their next sports games were going to support kinect, so for me, that was more than an assumption, but I guess that all means nothing here.

……….Wait, how is somebody wrong for being dismayed?

When Grand Slam Tennis 2 was announced for PS3 and 360, it was announced on day one that it would support PS Move but not Kinect.

          • Anonymous

I was talking about the first Grand Slam tennis, which was announced for the 360, presumably it was either canceled, or became this game, or both.

I realize that but you said that you were using that to assume that the new one would also have Kinect support & I was pointing out that they announced from day one that it would not.

I missed that announcement, mr redundant.

where is it? and it better be good, because of this, I don’t have Wimbledon on Top Spin 4, and TS4 is so good!

    • Anonymous

It seems to have been pulled from the Marketplace.

I managed to grab it first thing this morning. Trust me, it is very good. I personally think it’s quite a bit better than TS4 (of which my experience is also limited solely to the demo).

I was leery of TS4 after playing the demo, but a friend of mine wanted to play it with me. After a little bit of learning, it became a really great game – best tennis game I’ve ever played once I got used to the controls.

Where is the god damn demo!?

  • Anonymous

Any word on why this was pulled from the Marketplace, Major?

  • http://twitter.com/brsmksirs barry

    weres the demo at ??????????????????????????????????????

  • Anonymous

Odd that they pulled it.  I managed to get the demo, and it’s pretty darn good.  Beats 2K and Sega’s recent efforts for gameplay and controls.

That is weird they pulled the demo? Im glad i got it beforehand but it definitely didn’t seem broken to me.
