    Meh @ Deal of the Week. I’d imagine the Squeenix Publisher sale will be disappointing too.
    Looking forward to the House Party though, they all look like great titles, especially Alan Wake.

      Those prices are the regular price listed for some reason (typo on Major’s part).  But if the %off is to be believed, the bundles should be 360.

    Gotham City Impostors might be the worst idea ever conceived for a comic book based video game. Take Batman, a character who not only doesn’t use a gun but actually refuses to ever use them and hates guns with a passion, and base a first-person shooter around him.

      First off, Batman and The Joker aren’t even in the game. Secondly, have you not seen The Dark Knight? Thirdly, this game actually happens to go along with the comics. Great idea, IMO, and it’s actually fun when the match making decides to work…

      Batman actually used guns in a certain time of his career, this was later corrected in later publications of the comics and his anti-gun policy became canon.

      However, GCI has nothing to do with the character of Batman, but rather civilians taking up sides in a turf war.

    This months Forza 4 DLC is the best thing since sliced bread! I hope there is a season 2 pass for Forza 4.

      Well, Games on Demand was never a major initiative to begin with, its just been something thats there, and not much else. But yeah, it would be nice if they could crank up the speed on their downloadable releases, there are definitely still plenty of missing games.

    But it has nothing with the actual characters of Batman, its very tongue and cheek about that, one of the appealing aspects of the game. I’ll admit, I thought this game sounded dumb too when I first heard of it, and you could dismiss it as an online CoD clone….. you could… but given what it is, its an entertaining game regardless. It is actually dumb, but its dumb in a good way…. STOOPID!?!?!

    Gotham City Impostors is immense.  Definitely the best multi-player XBLA game I’ve played since Castle Crashers.  Day one purchase for me.

      It isn’t out yet and it is the best XBLA multiplayer game since whatever? Oh, the multiplayer demo you were so enjoying. What are you missing here? It has an “immense” amount of “pre-Day 1″ DLC, is that what you meant? You pay fifteen bucks for what should have been a forty dollar product. Pay for it then give opinions on it.

    glad to see some fresh content on sale crimson alliance seems like a good deal but need the tomb raider underworld dlc more even though its not all that great of a game

    Yawn. Why is the Disneyland Adventures demo the most exciting thing here (I’m excited to have my daughter try it, not me)? At least I can pick up Guardian of Light in the Square Enix sale, I guess. Those Arkham City prices are going to have to plunge quite a bit before I consider them.

      No idea, but why buying Games on Demand? It’s easily the worst thing Microsoft has done on Xbox Live. If digital copies of a game are the future, then it’s looking grimm. Black Ops is 70 bucks while you can get it for 25 or less on Amazon, new. And every other game is a giant ripoff as well. I haven’t seen ONE deal there that convinced me to purchase.

        Well, I’m assuming that the price would be comparable to PSN’s $39.99, which is also what the game goes for, roughly, on Amazon. Given the choice, I’d always rather avoid messing around with discs and such.

    Lara Croft and the Guardian Of Light, I enjoyed that game. The Lara DLC that has the wave based level was nice too. Crimson Alliance, now, so this is DLC for a demo….ah never mind. That was sort of a confusing/misleading deal. I will try to re-download the thing and see if it clicks with me this time. 560 is still way too much per character though (I’m thinking per extra character, not the first one).

    Yay for Mass Effect 3 demo. I hope BioWare doesn’t bombs this like they did with Dragon “the A-wesome button” Age 2. Shank 2, at that price, I will give the trial a chance. I liked what I saw on a preview. So, there is a slim chance I might bite on a deal in the following two weeks (in comparison to the previous four). ***aonedaydealonTorchlightat400willputaholeonmycontrollerfromtheinstabuy***

    So I just gave Crimson Alliance a shot, not worth the 800 ($10) for the 3 characters, the game feels very simple and lacking finesse compared to other hack and slash RPGs.

    To think I skipped the Bastion sale for the deals these coming weeks.

    They should really have at least 1 discounted XBLA game per week along a couple of DLC packs so folks who do not have a specific game can have an alternative.

    Next week its all Batman AC a game I do not own, so I guess its another wait for the next 2 weeks.
