Sweet! Microsoft has done it again! One of the best looking limited edition consoles I’ve ever seen.

  • http://twitter.com/Smirkyfuriousb Ryan

    Wow… Ugly

    • Thânia Santos

yes, this one is an ugly console …

seem few peoples share our opinion!

      • http://twitter.com/toohats toohats

It’s why restaurants have menus, people like different things. It gives the world variety.

        • Thânia Santos

and we have then the right, as much as anybody else to say that we think this one is quite ugly.
On your logic, opinion of thinking ‘this is a nice console’ is as valid ours to think ‘this is really ugly’.
but as far as ‘beauty’ seem to be a subjective matter,
it is also connected to a lot of objective facts.
Then, how many peoples would be attracted to the coolness of this product if the name ‘Halo 4′ was not connected to it?

  • http://twitter.com/ROBomination Rob’s Xbox Account

So I have to buy this AND Halo 4 LE? Ugh, Microsoft.

    • http://twitter.com/AviPatel1180 Avi

It was the same way with Reach, why surprised?

  • http://twitter.com/Ganon255 Ganon255

put the limited edition version of Halo 4 in this package, really annoying

    • http://twitter.com/Ganon255 Ganon255

I’d rather have one less controller and have the limited edition version of Halo 4 included instead

      • http://www.facebook.com/kevin.hernandez.9235199 Kevin Hernandez

true but i would buy the limited edition first then when i have enough money i would buy the halo 4 bundle cuz the limited edition u have to pre-order it and the bundle u dont have to pre-order it so u could buy the bundle later on when u have enough money :)

    • http://www.facebook.com/kevin.hernandez.9235199 Kevin Hernandez

yeah seriously the limited edition is cooler cuz of the map packs and all of those things and if u buy the bundle it doesnt even come out with the map packs and the hard case of halo 4 , etc…

  • http://twitter.com/AviPatel1180 Avi

Well, I guess I’ll be wiping out $400 from my bank account soon.

  • http://twitter.com/Freiteez Freiteez

Any pictures of the Xbox 360 “Halo 4” Limited Edition Wireless Controller with the UNSC graphics??

I don’t understand why these limited edition consoles NEVER come out with the limited edition version of the game.

  • Matthew Hahn Jr

320 gigs is not massive, but I’ll be getting one regardless.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Tyler-Jones/100000064623193 Tyler Jones

Maj can you put the sounds on your blog like the gears console?

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Tyler-Jones/100000064623193 Tyler Jones

Maj, can you put the power button and eject sounds on your blog like you did for the gears console?

  • http://www.facebook.com/jpgarcia6 Jacob Garcia

Both controllers look awesome but honestly I’d rather buy another game with that money. Not that I expected a lower price.

  • CyberSkull

When can I buy a regular 320GB console?

    • TonyLN

It was said a few times by MS that the 320GB console would only be done via limited editions.

      • Lee Rayson

you can buy a 320GB hard though right?

        • Russell Gorall

          Good point.

      • CyberSkull

I really want to avoid the cost of a separate HD purchase.

  • Brandon Vieweg

I think Halo4 should be installed on the system and not need a disc to play

  • http://www.facebook.com/tre.ert.121 Tre Ert

I’ll buy this one for 50% off when the 720 is anounced. I want this collector’s item but not for $400.

  • Lee Rayson

Dammit i wish i could buy one of these consoles, but i already got all my money focus on other games even halo 4 CE

  • ElektroDragon

320GB and massive are OXYMORONS. What is this 2002? I have 4GB free on my 320GB hard drive! Come on, Microsoft! I just put a 750GB in my PS3.

    • http://twitter.com/CXK CXK

To be fair, your PS3 is probably filling up with mandatory installs and annoying updates. I have 180gb left on my 320 and I now only game on 360. I’ve also got about 700 rb songs and lots of other DLC. Do you ever deleted your installed games.

    • Quaranj

I couldn’t agree more here. I’m having to nerf arcade trials, and my paid dlc is getting up there. 750GB + and 7200 RPM please!

  • Gatortribe

Will the controllers be up for individual sale? I was going to get the chrome controller until I saw these ones.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Steven-Ha/805690477 Steven Ha

In addition to the limited edition console bundle, Microsoft and 343 Industries are releasing a standalone Xbox 360 “Halo 4” Limited Edition Wireless Controller.

  • http://www.facebook.com/shenryo Ezra Ramos

    Cool a clear 360

  • http://twitter.com/lochdoun Bry

Why buy a new console when Xbox 720 is mostly likely coming out next year?

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Daniel-Dowty/715110187 Daniel Dowty

its such a shame the bundel doesn’t come with a limited edition copy of halo 4 to be honest… :( too expensive for just a standard copy of halo 4… what i wanna know is what the different will be in digital content with the bundle compare to halo 4 limited edition of the game?

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=893280640 Tyler Bailey

Oh man I can’t wait to play Metroid Prime 4

  • Russell Gorall

Four hundred dollars for a seven year old console? Only in Amurrrrica!

    • QuixoticRocket

xbox 360 with 250GB HDD is about $299. The game itself is about $60. an extra controller is about $35.
Add that all together and $400 is about right. Yeah you can get a bit of a deal on a bundle, but you also get a larger HDD with this bundle and it’s a limited edition.

Take your bigoted idiocy elsewhere troll. (It’s about the same price in every country and every country will have people willing to buy it).

      • Russell Gorall

        • QuixoticRocket

I’m sorry… What? You’re cleary being racist in your first comment by implying Americans are stupid. I have not singled out a single person on any grounds (race or otherwise) other than yourself… pointing out that you’re being bigoted.

You’re obviously trolling here so I guess this discussion is over.

          • Russell Gorall

Oh, you are not only a racist but homophobic? This discussion is now over.

  • http://twitter.com/TheTimWelsh Timothy Welsh

Why is everyone saying this is too expensive? Normal controllers are $60 a piece and Halo 4 is $60. So that makes the 320 gig console $220, which isn’t bad at all. Not to mention all the art work and stuff makes the controllers and console worth a little more. Sounds like a pretty nice deal to me.

  • http://twitter.com/harkinator Alex Harker

That’s a pretty insane price. I paid $400 to buy the console on launch day in 2005! We will probably at least see an unveiling of the next-gen console next year so that’s quite a bit of money to sink into a console at the end of its life.

    • QuixoticRocket

Not when you add the individual items up. game = $60, controller = $35, 250Gb console = about $299. You’re getting the bigger hard drive with limited edition customizations for a small premium. If you already own the console it looks like a lot, but to buy it all now: about right.

  • Hugoku

    This one looks great! However…
Who buys these things? I mean, the Halo fan already has a 360.
Are these worth the hassle producing?
Seems to me only the most ardent fan would take the plunge.

  • Xbox ThreeSixty

Seems like a waste to spend $400 on a ‘new’ console when the real ‘new’ console comes out in around 16 months.

  • iDrummer3

My wife Is going to be so mad that I drop another 400 on another special edition Halo console!

    • http://profile.yahoo.com/SD6OLJPGVJANZ4LQWQDZJ6JQFM Sean Griffin

You are lucky that your wife will let you even consider such a thing. I can’t even have video games. The only way I’m satisfying this need is to keep it at work lol :'(

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100003976957614 Willy McBurgle

throw a fish and watch the seals clap…so after the Halo 4 hype dies down, can we expect a new console release?

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/SD6OLJPGVJANZ4LQWQDZJ6JQFM Sean Griffin

A clear shell (with cyan LEDs!!) for the 360 Slim and wireless controllers is the best moves Microsoft has ever made with limited edition bundles (or any other version of the Xbox). I’m so buying this like yesterday AND the limited edition copy of the game (unless there’s a legendary that comes out).

If you buy this system prolonging the next generation of systems so please don’t be sheep. just buy the game and let’s move on .the 360 is 7 years old there should be no reason for you to pay $400 the price of when the system came out when you probably already own one
