    Because it’s been out for a number of years, and the thing that generally keeps most people coming back to a game that long, the multiplayer, wasn’t a huge hit, at least to my knowledge (I could very well be wrong on that one, by the way it’s been in the top 20 for so long).

TC Ghost Recon Future soldier breaks into the top 20; good game, couldn’t tell you the plot if my life depended on it, but it was fun playing. It puts in the cover system like the Gears of War games have that makes it more satisfying for me in multiplayer. I love to thwack the character into cover and spray bullets lol. Similar mechanic’s also used in Spec Ops: The Line that came out in June.

When are Australia going to get indie titles and access to better apps such as the ones available in the US????? Its appalling that M$ somehow thinks us aussie consumers are less deserving….

  I think it has more to do with the Aussie ratings (no 18+ rating until very recently and even that’s not solidified yet) and the cost of server hosting in the Aussie region (same reason why a lot of other games lump you into server groups that still give you horrid ping: server hosting in Aus is crazy expensive for some reason).
  I doubt it’s personal, but you’ll probably find there’s an accountant or lawyer somewhere that can back it all up. Sucks now, but hopefully they’ll sort you guys out soon.

Unsurprising that Max Payne 3 dropped out of the LIVE Activity. The story is phenomenal, but I found the multiplayer to be very dull and also unfair towards newcomers.
