Depending of the territory, they sometime forget to update the dashboard.
It happen a lot in my territory.

if so, go directly to the games that interest you in the shop,
and check if the price has dropped.
if that is the case, that mean you have access to the sales, but it was not advertised.

in some countries, the xbox live service is not that great …
that is why I come here,
to have access to the info that are never advertised on my dashboard (because they ‘forgot’ to update)

I thought Pid was due out today too? Anyway, will give these a trial
although with these sales going on I think they’ll have to wait!

For those who don’t know, today’s WP7 release is Galaga Legions DX but it’s £5.49/$6.99 which has me going “HOW MUCH? I WOULDN’T PAY THAT FOR IT ON A CONSOLE!”

With Microsoft’s pricing structure at times they act like they are doing you a favor by selling you DLC.

      • Buster Wolf

Oh yeah many of those sale prices are just what those games should have cost in the first place, there’s no denying that.

Another stellar start with Metacritic, when Arcade titles can’t get good reviews from OXM that is not good.

Loving the Back to School sale, though, Microsoft! Joe Danger SE, Stacking and Warp so far.

I really liiked the offers this week on XBLive, and my bet is that all companies earned more on selling titles at half the price than they did the week before the half-price slashing started. A LOT more. ;) Why can’t MS take a zero of the end of every title on XBLive? I bet they would earn more, and we, the customers, would get a lot more bang for our bucks…. ;)
