downloading it, im guessing it be a cross between shank and sinobi

    • Hugoku

Somehow it reminded me more of Shadow of the Ninja on the stills but seems to be more like Shadow Complex (lots of “Shadow”!).

      • Lee Rayson

Ive never played a ninja game thats like Tenchu…… imo Tenchu Z so awesome needs a squeal. anyway ill be trying this game later if i like it ill buy it, if i dont ill buy it :P too many points i need find something to send them on

  • Russell Gorall

Another average game as DLC for fifteen bucks tied to my console this late in the generation? I am buying two.

    • dlmayday

I don’t know what you are looking for in an arcade game. Ho hum guess you’ll have to spend $60 on the newest FPS and pay additional fees to join the community and play against other FPS nuts that have no brains and only wish to kill other virtual ho hum players.

      • Russell Gorall

I would rather pay a realistic price for titles like these, which is what I did when I nabbed Stacking for 300pts, Joe Danger SE for 600pts and Warp for 400pts.

Am I supposed to spend thirty bucks a week to play DLC that isn’t that different in quality from a lot of one to five dollar Indie game titles? Tell me, I will. Because I love you.

There’s always the XBLIG channel if you’re looking for an alternative.

Haha I’m joking don’t go on the XBLIG channel..

        • dlmayday

Stacking for 300 is a steal as is Warp at 400. Joe Danger SE at 600 was a good deal but not a steal. And these are “SALES” thus the better pricing. The new games come out at a price point higher so that way if they don’t sell well then they can put them on sale. There is going to be plenty of people that spend the money for them now at 1200 and then there is you and me that waits till they go on sale because we already own over 200 digital titles and don’t need to spend the coin to get our fix unless something comes along that strikes our fancy. Case in point I spent 1200 for Deadlight and I feel I’m getting my money’s worth out of it and this game looks similar but I’m not buying it now. And for that matter may never buy it but you said ”
Another average game as DLC for fifteen bucks tied to my console this late in the generation?” and it is still cheaper then it would be to entertain myself by going to a movie and I’ll get more return on my money as far as time goes buy buying the game instead.

          • Russell Gorall

It would be cheaper to get a YIFY 1080p Bluray rip, put it on disc and play it. That just cost you twenty cents.

It would be cheaper to get three used disc based games used at the same price.

At what point do you have time to pay and play games like these? If you find value in it, that is great. It has just become so easy to sell titles that are two dollar apps on mobile for fifteen bucks on consoles.

          • QuixoticRocket

Comparing piracy to legal purchases? Yeah, because that makes sense.

        • ElektroDragon

DLC refers to add-ons and expansions, not the actual games themselves. Your ignorance is incredible.

    • MilkyTee

What are you talking about? I bought it earlier and the game is pure quality. Check out some reviews; 9/10 from OXM, 9/10 from EDGE, 9/10 from Eurogamer, 9/10 from IGN

Try it at least, the game is excellent.

      • Russell Gorall

        Should I buy three?

I wasn’t being sarcastic, I literally bought two.

    • http://twitter.com/Navarin Buster Wolf

Yes because when the next console generation begins you immediately have to stop playing games on your Xbox.

      • Russell Gorall

How many times a week do you break out your PS2, Gamecube or Xbox?

        • http://twitter.com/Navarin Buster Wolf

Hardly ever anymore, but that’s moot. We’re into the last third of 2012. When this console generation began at the end of 2005 I did so ALL THE TIME. Even broke out the Dreamcast and Saturn every now and again.

Just because a new generation kicks off doesn’t mean you have to immediately abandon ship. I certainly don’t intend to because of all these good games we’ve had this generation I’ve yet to play both retail and digital.

Not to mention when I do decide to join the next generation all the good games that are out by that point will have gone down in price a bit.

I see what point you’re trying to make, I just don’t think it’s a valid one. I will say though, Microsoft would be fools not to let us have XBLA backward compatibility.

Major, are you going to mention the Forza 4 Season Pass is on sale today for half price (1200 points) or are you going to let that go unannounced?

  • http://www.thetjhzone.blogspot.com/ Tylerh1701

Seems to have gotten really good reviews. My backlog is way too big, but can’t wait to pick it up on sale eventually…

  • http://twitter.com/Navarin Buster Wolf

So yeah I gave it a bash earlier and it’s actually good. Is it worth the money? Is any 1200?

Still, hopefully with Summer of Arcade’s underwhelming sales we’ll start seeing cheaper XBLA games because we really need to.

  • Justin A Stewart

I bought this game and I love it but it is challenging since I’m not the best at Stealth games but I love Klei’s games!

  • Russell Gorall

Actually the trial is pretty cool. Not anything different, not anything worth fifteen bucks, but it is good.

At some point after Dawnguard, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and Horse Armor what isn’t laughable from a pricepoint became warped. I could buy from a choice of three hundred better retail releases used on 360 and PS3. And they aren’t DLC for a console exactly one year from being last gen in Microsoft’s own words.

    • ElektroDragon

Man, I am tempted to buy the game at full price just to spite this guy.

    • Thânia Santos

There are rumor about next Xbox that it could be 100% downloadable games only.
      No boxed games in shop.

      Thats just a rumor,
but that would mean, 100% price controle for microsoft & friends
no second hand, no cheap old games, no bargain box …

      • QuixoticRocket

It’s unlikely that the next xbox would be download only. If they did that then the competition would release a disk console that allows 2nd hand sales and xbox would lose a huge chunk of its market.
The physical retail store is actually very profitable for MS. I don’t think they’d cut that out. Besides: if the physical retail store couldn’t make money selling games for the console then why would they sell the console in the first place? They’d rather sell the competition.
While I could be wrong here, I just don’t think it makes sense for them to go download only.

        • Johan Möller

Second hand games is’nt good for the developers either so the whole industry shoud be against it. Im thinking that you can still buy the box in the store but it woud be like most pc games, a key that gets locked too your account.

          • QuixoticRocket

The whole 2nd hand games argument is a lot more complicated than it seems on the surface, especially when it comes to DLC that can’t be sold on.
And again: if xbox went with no 2nd hand games then their rivals would allow some second hand games and take the entire market because many gamers like 2nd hand games (whether it’s good for the dev or not).
And let’s not ignore the fact that the EU have a massive issue with not being able to resell your goods.

They may do it… I just wouldn’t bet my money on it.

I’m not exaggerating… This is one of the best games I’ve ever played! *¬*.
