  • ElektroDragon

Too quick. I’ve hardly made any progress in Joe Danger 1. This should have been DLC.

    • Tylerh1701

Joe Danger 1 has been out for at least 2 years, just recently on 360 though.

      • Lee Rayson

1st one been out 10 month on xbox i thought it was much less than that, i know last week they reduce the 1st to 600msp but it does feel to soon to have a second one

        • Miller

          Tell that to activision.

          • Lee Rayson

Is a Fire Pro Wrestling release next week actually confirmed? Because this is the first I’ve heard about it.

      • Lee Rayson

Yes it confirmed buddy, check playxbla .com :)

        • mcmax3000

You’re right, I guess I had missed that post.

I just hope it has improved significantly since I played it at PAX East last year, because it was pretty terrible then.

          • Lee Rayson

im not expecting a great deal from it but im sure it improved from what ive been told how it was at PAX

          • Russell Gorall

*notices you mentioning being at a PAX event, again, for no apparent reason

          • mcmax3000

I was commenting about the quality (or lack thereof) of the game that was being discussed, and was qualifying how I would know of said quality (because, unlike some people, I don’t comment on the quality of games I haven’t played), so I’d say there was a perfectly good reason for mentioning PAX in this post.

          • Russell Gorall

            You just mentioned it again.

          • mcmax3000

You’re right. I did. Just for you, because I know how much you enjoy it.

  • Tylerh1701

Got for free on Raptr. Looking forward to checking it out tonight. :)

    • Lee Rayson

If there giving away the game on day one it cant be worth the full price

      • Tylerh1701

They gave away Minecraft for free on week 1 too, FWIW.

        • Lee Rayson

i didn’t know that, but still even that wasnt worth full price of 1600msp should of been 1200 msp and no more

        • The Dukenator

Yes, but the Raptr keys went really fast. Gone in a matter of hours.

          • Buster Wolf

            Less than one, I’d say.

      • mcmax3000

Giving away copies is just a way for them to boost interest in the game. While not necessarily always through Raptr, you can find a day one giveaway for almost every notable XBLA game.

I tried the demo and and this really looks like fun. I have Joe D SE (paid 600MSP). This would normally be a no brainer but not @ 1200 MSP.

I’m starting to see a trend with newer titles priced @ $15.00 and it won’t be long before $20.00 becomes the new norm. Minecraft was different as it was a $20+ game on the PC and we’re getting major updates for free. But MS is only going to charge what they think they can get and if we pay it, they’ll charge it. That’s why apps are only 1.99 -4.99, people won’t pay anymore than that, and those games are just as good as these. Just watch, it won’t be long before 1600 MSP titles start hitting the XBLA.
