Official Halo 4 Pre-Release LIVE Stream from 343 Industries

With less than a week to go before Halo 4 goes on sale around the world, 343 Industries will be streaming some multiplayer matches live on Wednesday, October 31st at 2:30p ET/11:30a PT below or on their Twitch.TV channel.

I’ll be hosting the live stream and taking your questions via Twitter tagged with #Halo4Stream, or you can leave them in the comments below.

    How do you sprint?

      Depends on your game control scheme. For example, Bumper Jumper uses “a” to sprint. If you go over to BravoMLG’s channel on Youtube, you can see a video with all the control schemes and they show which buttons are sprint. :)

    NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no visual ranking, that sucks!!! at least Reach add arena…. even COD has skill based playlist called “leagues”. This is the first halo that does not offer any sort of visual ranking

    With the lack if a proper Rank System and the ability to fast track to SR130 ( With the Pioneer perk and MTN DEW DUB EXP) what incentive is there to play after SR130 is reached? The 1-50 True Skill Rank from Halo 3 pushed players to not only play better in Ranked, but gave people something to strive for, it also allowed you to judge the skill of your opponent. Why take that out? Reach’s MP was an unbalanced, mess rewording people for time played, not skill achieved.

      Ooo, never thought about that. I was assuming (and still do) that you download them and then they can be replayed just like any other level in campaign.

    On weekends are there gonna be events in a playlist like how Halo 3 had grifball but this time around are there maybe like a playlist event where it is just shotty snipes for a weekend? Then cycle through a different event for the following weekend?

    Is having a hard drive completely necessary for all game functions? Because in Reach, you couldn’t do some things without a hard drive.

    Will Co-Op campaign and Spartan Ops network model be similar to that of Halo: Reach? If so, has it been optimized to fix latency and syncing issues that have plagued previous installments?

          Sorry, but I find silly posts about competitive multiplayer being killed because there is no ranked system in a game.

          I do wonder if you play games competitively? Pro-gamers do play ‘matchmaking’ but they play a tonne of custom-games as well, because the majority of players in matchmaking are not up to their skill level and it is essentially a waste of their time.

    From watching the stream, I’ve noticed Sprint is possible without having it as a loadout, Is this true?
    Also, will there be a killcam?

      Everyone can sprint regardless of armour ability. There will be a killcam.
