    Back in the gold old gaming days expansion packs really worth their 50 bucks since they added several stuff to games, nowadays these DLCs are nothing more then a few hours and you would never play that again.

      Going by previous CoD DLC, you’re likely looking at 20 additional maps for that $50.
      
      I don’t recall too many expansion packs with that much content, so I’d say it’s a reasonable price.

        If you’re just happy with maps that should be OK. For me, just more maps doesn’t makes feel that I would continue playing the same thing over and over again.

        I was just referring to amount of content. In terms of variety of content, I would definitely prefer more than just maps (not that what I prefer matters, because I gave up on CoD multiplayer back with Modern Warfare 2).

    With Forza Horizon it is going to be a hundred cars they didn’t include on the disc. COD stuff seems a little more legitimate.
    
    That being said, I can buy two games new for fifty bucks that are better than any of these titles.

mmnn… despite I love boardgames I like them to stay on my table. May get puzzle quest 2 at that prize since I loved the 1st one. I am alive is also an option but as far as we haven’t a clue about what Xbox LIVE 10 Year Anniversary Sale will be about I, and almost everyone I guess, will be holding my possible purchases.

Details on those kind of sales would be much aprecciated.

To be fair while the deal of the week games for this week are quite good they should be that price to begin with since they are older games, guess beggars can’t be choosers though.

Games on Demand will once again be overpriced, least they reduced a fair few older titles to £11.99 although I believe if they were priced at £9.99/$9.99 then people would be more inclined to buy.

  I think the Puzzle Quest games are pretty sweet and haven’t been on sale for quite a while. Also, I don’t think super puzzle fighter hasn’t ever been on sale. Good day for a puzzle game fan like me.

    Well, Puzzle Quest 1 is awesome. I had it on my DS and it was crack.
    I would be daydreaming gems and skulls. And had nightmares about it too.
    
    For some reason, didn’t translate as well for me on the Xbox. Plus, they nerfed Deathbringer too much.
    As for PQ2, I found it to be not as smooth as the first one but it’s a matter of opinion.

      I agree, loved PQ1 but hated PQ2, it was so dull and boring, plus they removed elements that made PQ1 great like the building the fortress, trainning pets, the world map…

        Yeah. It was funny how the game could fool you into thinking you were doing so many different things. Learning spells, training mounts, forging items, looking for runes, etc. In the end we were just sill matching gems (or hammers, or scrolls)! It all worked though.

Is this ‘sale’ a joke? If it is, it’s a really bad one, for sure. Ten years of ‘xboxing’, and I’ve paid around 11 000NOK ($1908,05) just for the console and the XBLive subscription through these years, by having to buy scrratch-cards. And that’s without all the content and games! Multiply this by the millions of users on XBLive, and a picture starts to form… In my head the picture is a bit dark, unfortunately… Sorry about the negativity, but I’m getting ‘chomped’ with these ‘sales’…
