US only of course, remember there is a world outside of the US of A ?

but technically black friday is a US made day. hence day after US thanksgiving ^^

Um no black friday was started by a uk department store in the 1890′s to get rid of the last of their autumn fashions before winter started

Um… double no… Black Friday wasn’t started by anyone. The day after Thanksgiving has been the most popular shopping day in the United States since the turn of the century. This is mostly due to people not working on the Friday following the holiday which is always on a Thursday. The term “Black Friday” was fist used by police to describe the traffic and crowds they had to deal with on that day. It was later adopted by department stores as the day their finances get out of the red (debt) and into the black (profit). Even papers in the UK acknowledge black friday as a holiday started in America which has since spread to parts of Europe and Canada. See the Scottish Daily Record today for instance.

You, with your facts and your reason.

Deals are in Canada as well, just have to go to the stores, not online

They just opened one in Yorkdale in Toronto last week. It’s confirmed they have these there too. I don’t know in what stock now as they were opened at 6AM.

What’s the point of posting info for a sale where most of the items are already sold out?

    • http://twitter.com/HunterHybrid Jonathan Bittar

Because they do come back in stock though out the day. I tried to buy NFS: MW last night but it was sold out quick, I checked back an hour later and got it.

I’m glad for US, as usual. As for me, I got my Portal 2 and have to say big thanks for discounts anyway.

  • RealJBlaze

    Already all sold out.

Yep, probably they have sold 5 units of each game

  • MilkyTee

Wow, there really are some fantastic deals there.

You should put similar deals up on Games on Demand worldwide and watch them fly off the proverbial shelves. The world is shifting towards digital distribution, so you’d be right to take a leaf out of the pack leader’s book, Steam.

If they can do it, and become the fastest growing , largest, and most beloved online gaming service, why can’t you? You’re going to be eating their dust soon if you don’t get with the times.Just because you claim to have “the richest online infrastructure”, doesn’t mean it’s actually true. Steam bests you in every single category, simply because they respect their customers, and vice-versa. You’d be wise to do the same, in only for self-preservation’s sake.

    U.S. only :(

  • Todd

The Deals are in Canada too guys! You just have to go to the actual Microsoft Stores

  • Awesome Wells

For a second, I thought these were Xbox Live deals and my wallet almost melted. Then it became obvious that they weren’t, and I started counting the amount of money that Microsoft won’t be taking from me as a result. $110 minimum. Shame.

  • Volitar Prime

I was able to order Dance Central 3 (not listed above), Kinect Sports Ultimate, and Forza Horizon all for $14.99 each. Wonderful deal! I have never ordered anything from the MS Store before. I chose the free shipping. Does anyone know what shipping method they use and will they send a tracking number when the games ship?

AWESOME!!fyi it may say sold out but they are continuously updating it so keep checking and you WILL get that deal. better than Amazon right now. YAY!!!

  • BLACKNINJA5042012

Damn thought this was a games on demand deal.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=809362795 Jaqub Ajmal

This should have been for games on demand.

  • EighteenCharacters

Forza still available and $45 off as of 11:30 EST — amazing deal. Free shipping, too. Grab it!!

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=891290233 Eric Winslow

    Everything is out of stock.

  • ryder4life22187

wow amazing how the microsoft store changes their prices to some of walmarts and targets ad. Strange how Forza Horizon was 45 dollars the other day at the MS store and now since walmarts was 15 dollars seems they are desperate.

  • Geedot@hotmail.com

Just call the MS store in Yorkdale (Canada); and they said the sale is only for U.S. So unless i spoke to an absolute idiot working there; there is no sales on games in Canadian Microsoft stores!!! Or i would have been there in a minute! to get me some games. Believe That!

  • Volitar Prime

Some of the games which were sold our are back in stock (like Forza) and a lot more games have been added to this. I just bought Gears 3 and Ninja Gaiden 3 for $9.99 each!

  • http://www.facebook.com/Jinkels Stefan Neubauer

Would have bought at least 5 games – if only it were available in europe, maybe games on demand …
