Halo 4 Spartan Ops Episode 4 now available

Halo 4

“Didact’s Hand” can be found by starting up Halo 4 and then heading to Infinity  >  Spartan Ops > Play Chapters > Episode 4.

This is included for all versions of Halo 4 at no extra charge

Plus, the War Games playlists have been updated as well. Details in game.

      its the same maps? i didnt even finish the last ones because of this. got to valhalla and hit eject.
      im dissapointed with 343i, i remember them sayin we will not reuse maps. the game is unfinished too IMO

        I think by reuse maps they meant for multiplayer, but it is gett abit much same spartan maps they could use forge ohn them and make building and such least i know some work went into them

    No extra charge? That’s F( )KING BULLSHIT! I don’t have a single friend on XBL and I have to pay 60 $ if one of them comes over to play this splitscreen???? WTF!?!

      yeah i know wtf man? we and my dad always play the halo campaigns cooperatively. its like tradition been doing it since number 1 when i was like 12. so we clocked it and i told him there were extra missions we could do and we were super pumped. start it up and it says he has to buy xbox live wtf?!! serious bullsh#t man. not happy :(

    This game needs more multiplayer maps. Seems like I’m only ever playing 2 different ones. The need to make the anniversary maps compatible with this, but I don’t know how or if they could do that. Spartan Ops is OK I guess, but I would rather have firefight or at least a little more substance to these missions. It feels like an XBLA game.

      I think they said 10 weeks of Spartan Ops. If I remember correctly.

    I go back to the Spartan Ops stuff for the XP, it’s not THAT bad.

    I personally purchased the game KNOWING there would be 5 seasons of supposedly free coop missions. And yes you do need Gold to play even by yourself…which implies this won’t even be playable once the network goes down. Anyone who has played a Halo game knows the coop content has always been playable offline/splitscreen “Dillpickle” has a good argument, it’s not the same as multiplayer i.e., this was supposed to be playable on couch coop like special ops in COD MW2 and MW3. Don’t get me wrong anyone who wants to play multiplayer should pay for Gold, that’s understood, this is XBL and it does a way better job at multi than PSN (sorry Sony fanboys). Spartan ops should have been at least playable offline/splitscreen without Gold. I’m sorry but just for the M$ mentality behind this I think I’ll return it to Costco and buy it again when there is a price drop.
