I get that it’s a Sunday and the day isn’t over yet but surely it couldn’t be hard to get someone to quickly swap out yesterdays deals with todays and put them up on the ultimate game sale page on the dashboard. Yesterdays daily deal tab has been removed and nothing else has replaced it so there must be at least one or two people who can sort things out.

It’s a good sale but every other site and service that has sales like this has all the deals up when they’re supposed to be up and Sundays are no different. It’d be nice for this sale to be a little more consistent.

There’s something messed up with the sale prices today (March 03, 2013/ Day 5). One-day only games are advertised at discounted prices, but if you try to buy any of them, the asking price is the full price, e.g. Max Payne 3 is advertised at $14.99 but being sold at $39.99. Microsoft need to fix this problem!

games of the list are good,prices too,the problem is that dlcs for these games are priced higher than the games itself,i bought borderlands 2,i will wait for a discount of the 4 dlcs or the season pass

  what is so sad is that microsoft doesn’t give good deals very often so we pretty much are forced to get upset when something doesn’t go right. if they had good deals at least every other month then we would let it pass when something didn’t go right. this is not an ultimate game sale. this is a “half azz sale” if even that.

The prices on Xbox Live Brazil are all wrong. They announce Max Payne 3 for R$ 59.00 and when you’re gonna finish the transaction, the price increases to R$ 179.00! I wonder if Microsoft is aware of the errors existing on Live Brazil.

It ends on Monday but MS really should extend the sale until Tuesday considering they haven’t bothered to get off their backsides and put todays daily deals up. It’s almost 6pm here and still no deals. They’d be better off just saying there’ll be no new deals today and todays deals will go up on Tuesday instead.

Heck if they do that then I’ll be getting paid on Tuesday and that means I can pick an additional game or two up compared to not getting anything at all because I’ll likely be in bed by the time they update the prices if they bother at all.

Okay All the deals I’m seeing are advertising mostly 9.99 or 4.99 but when you go to the actual game hub they show up at full price and even when you select “purchase this game” it stays at full price no discount tag anywhere nothing just a whole lot of misleading advertisement Which, false advertisement, I’m pretty sure is illegal so WTF is going on.

      I’m just saying, I played the demo and it was fun to me. I love the creatures you get to use and everything. But my suggestion would be to just buy it at Gamestop. Yes it’s $2 more, yes it’s used, but you get to keep a lot of space on your hard drive and don’t necessarily need to use your USB for Xbox. El Shaddai, on the other hand: get it. $3 is just not arguable, there’s no reason for someone NOT to get it.

      It’s quite a bit if you only have a 20Gb or a 60Gb HDD but anything higher and that’s not a lot of space at all. Iv’e got a 120Gb HDD and only 110Gb of that is free for me to use at the most and I have several full games and demos on there with about 24Gb remaining.
      
      I’d say the game is worth a go anyhow if you have enough space for it. You can always delete the game and then pin the page for easy access later on if you want to dl it again at some point.

        That’s no problem. Flash drives are definitely the way to go if you only have a 20Gb and don’t want to buy a whole new HDD. It might even be worth looking into a 16Gb one at some point as they’re getting a lot cheaper these days and can come in really useful for the Xbox 360.

This is poorly run. They have some good deals, but all these problems make MS come off as sloppy. What happens to the people that bought the games and didnt notice they werent on sale? Is MS gonna give them back the difference some how? So far, i got RE6, Borderlands 2,Bioshock,Kane Lynch and El shaddai. Im happy with what i got, i just want Max payne 3 and MGS then im done. But ya, if they dont fix this or apologize to people Im gonna rethink MS in the next generation.

I’ll buy The Orange Box & Left 4 Dead 2 for the sale price but I’ll never get them for full price, so hopefully this gets straightened out & the day 6 sale prices are actually offered at some point. I agree. I’m sorry that I just bought the first one recently, but if I buy Borderlands 2 at this point, it will definitely be used. There are too many good games out there these days to support practices like those Gearbox used for Aliens.

Ya, the sale for day 6 are not right, the only one showing up at the price listed on dashboard is Batman, all the rest are 50-75% higher, than their listed price on the icons on dashboard.. Was hoping it was just a forgotten issue but its now 3hrs passed noon and still has not been fixed.

    If you go to the “Games” section of your dashboard, and the go to “Browse Games” you should see an “Ultimate Game Sale” icon. Go into that and it shows you the deals that are supposed to be for today… “Orange box Now $10, Left for Dead 2 Now $10″ but when you go to buy them the regular price shows up.

Xbox Support on Twitter have just advised me that the prices in the UK “have not been updated yet”, and asked me if I “could check back a bit later”… It’s after 8pm here now, how much ‘later’ are they going to leave it?
I’ve got a feeling the window for Day 6 is going to end up being tiny and the UK is going to miss out… Typical, as the games I’ve been waiting for seem to be the ones involved!

  Nearly 9pm now. Some word on this would be nice at the very least and support just telling us to wait until later is pretty annoying. This would have been the perfect day for the deals we were supposed to get today.
  
  It’s Sunday meaning most people don’t have to go to work or be in school and people are going to want to be taking it easy today and relaxing in front of a new game or movie. I just hope they extend the sale and put todays deals on Tuesday and don’t give us todays deals at the end of the day. People can’t be staying up just for these deals when they have to be up and out early in the morning.

The silence is deafening. I absolutely do not mind that the sales aren’t live yet. If there’s something wrong. If we’re going to get them late. Maybe push them to tomorrow. Whatever. The problem is the fact that NOBODY is saying anything. All these comments on here. All these tweets to Major and Support and NOBODY has an answer as to when they go live or why they haven’t. There’s no way all of this is just being missed. If somebody would just communicate and give an answer, no problem. Making a promise, not delivering and then ignoring the complaints THAT is the attitude driving people away from Xbox.

      ya, i dont think she has noticed i been getting some games lol. Im only doing it cause i traded in some games to go towards the new Bioshock. So im using the money that i would have used for it(like 60-80) to go towards these sales. Besides Bioshock,The last of Us, GTA5 and possibly Beyond:2 souls. i wont be getting any more games for awhile since my wife is due with our first hellspawn in october.
