Join me in Connecticut to open the new Microsoft Store

Join me this Saturday March 1st at 11am at Westfarms Mall for the Grand Opening of the newest Microsoft Store.  Then later that day I’ll be back for the very first official Connecticut Xbox Community Event from 6:30pm – 8:30pm where we will have hands on time with “Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare” as well as a special Q&A with Titanfall Community Manager Abbie Heppe – PLUS I’ll be giving away an Xbox One Console to one lucky attendee…it could be you.

As someone who grew up in Central Connecticut I am really excited to come ‘home’ and I look forward to meeting you! See you Saturday.

If you use Facebook, here is event page where you can add it to your calendar

It was $39.99 earlier when I purchased it via my Xbox One. hmmmm.

    • Matt Honan

We are off topic – But yeah, I was able to purchase it via my Xbox one for 39.99 as well this morning.

      • Brian Hinson

I don’t see my other comment I posted, but I was referring to the physical version on the www Microsoft store… and as of this now it still says 59.99 instead of 39.99 like everywhere else.

        • Matthew Swiss

The Physical version costs more than digital, Microsoft stated they were going to make digital versions cheaper. duh

          • Jeff Randall

I bought my physical copy from Amazon for 39.99. It is obvious the Microsoft store has an incorrect price. duh

off topic…i got the update and i wanted to let microsoft know about my thoughts. I went to the xbox private forum..but i couldnt find out where to leave the message so i will just say i gotta say here. I like the update.. i think its the right path. Only minor problem to me is on the friendlist. I think the Green light that shows your friends online should be bigger…it should stand out. To me its to small….its hard to tell from glance of who is online. Also, the party system is still a bit hard to get to. I think the party option should be where the friendslist is at to. Becuase if you think about it… the 360 had like a couple of ways to party…it will only be right if you put the party button there also.
Notifications for your favorite friends should be added as well.

the next project should be wallpaper and themes for the dashboard. maybe let us use our real pictures and bring back the avatar store and avatar. These thing made the xbox live……. allowing use to be animated was so cool.

Yes they need to store the unsold xbox one’s somewhere.
Sony stores are being closed because all employees are needed at the factories to keep up with demand. PS4 are sold before hitting the stores so no need to keep em open. :D
