I’ve gotta say, that video actually made me pretty pumped to watch this haha. Pretty wild playing a game for a million bucks. I could never play cod that much to get that good at it. I get bored after a few hours lol.

  • Ross Kemp

Pffft , you expect me to turn off Titanfall to watch that drivel .

  • Dr. Blake Downs

Are you going to post xbox live activity soon?

What most people leave out of the equation is that most of these guys have far superior internet to that of their opponents so when they play public lobbies they wreck everyone because they are that much faster. Many of those same guys then get on lan based competitions and completely suck. The day they make actual balanced dedicated servers for COD is the day 80% of these pro players become average players. (Yes I know there are some guys who are actually really really good…but most aren’t actually). Go ahead and try to emulate the same setups and see how long you last..i’ve seen some of these guys take out three opponents before they can get a shot off while the other guys are facing them…you try that with the same circumstances and your 10mb connection and tell me how it works out.

    • digitallife

BTW I went from a 10mb/2mb connection to a 25/10mb connection and I can run through opposition like I couldn’t ever before…just stating my facts.

      • http://www.xbox.com/ J.Rhy@n

Great – Now you’re a pro gamer! See how you get on @ Lan because this is where it matters!

        • digitallife

I’ve destroyed countless members of optik in pub matches let’s not even go there bro..I know what i’m saying. Nobody knew who the hell Scump was until he got a pro controller and superior internet. Every single one of these guys has the same story..and it all boils down to your connection..if my connection is better than yours i’m going to win that battle if we both start shooting at the same time…oh regarding lan battles i’ve tested those waters it’s fun but requires too much commitment, i’m a little up there in age to be playing COD 8 hours a day.

          • Michael S.

Agree with you there. It’s all about connection now.

  • Zachary Smith

COD is dead to so many true FPS gamers, people that played the original Modern Warfare. It’s sad that people waste 60 dollars each year to play the same mechanics

    • digitallife

MW3 was the last legit Call of duty..everything since has been nonsense to make garbage players feel like they can keep up. Blackops 2 was fun but I got tired of calling in packs of dogs and having people rage quit on me.

    • lassenwolf

I like MS own warface and won’t play COD anymore. This will be a great game. 4 player co op thats fun l. And of course free for all and deathmatches. I’m in the closed beta now .New chalenges everday, I’t looks like they will have micro transactions and if it changes gameplay for those who buy it then it may turn out not fun.

Dear Customer Advocacy team, Larry Hryb, or whoever it may concern,

I’d like to start by saying I have purchased a Windows 8 computer, a Zune HD, an Xbox one, A Nokia Lumia and many, many other Microsoft products over my life-span. I’ve also Blogged many times advertising your products, So it’s safe to say that I am Microsoft fan. With that being said I have never been so disappointed by a companies customer service as I have been since I’ve bought the Xbox One on Christmas.

After the first couple of weeks of having my first Xbox one, my Hard-drive began to malfunction by making a grinding noise and refusing to read any disc. I called your customer support team and set up an advanced exchange. A couple of days later I found out that the exchange was never set up and had to go through the process again. A week later when I finally received my product, I set it up and the disc drive was worse than the previous one and made even a worse grinding noise. I then called to set up another one, I was informed that they couldn’t and they would have to escalate the case to tier 3 Customer Advocacy team. I waited over 3 weeks for your team to contact me, all the while calling many times to see if there was anything anyone could do to fix this. Finally a manager would allow me to set up another advanced exchange, but then informed me of a new 15 dollar fee! Even after all that I’ve went through and STILL not having a working console for about two months and after paying over 500 dollars for a broken system, I was being charged 15 dollars! I had no choice so I said okay and set it up. You guys finally contacted me and told me I could have my 15 dollars back. Now I find out that my 2nd advanced exchange has been cancelled and can’t get a hold of anyone who can help me because you guys don’t have a telephone number! I REFUSE to set up another advanced exchange and pay 15 dollars after you guys have just paid me back and for some reason cancelled my advanced exchange. All I want is a working console. That’s all I’ve wanted for two months but no one can help me. It’s safe to say that this experience has caused me to question my commitment to Microsoft products in general and you may have lost me as a customer and as a dedicated blogger advertising your products. I am even tempted to go so far as to contact gaming media and blog my experience on various gaming community websites, Before I do though I will give you guys one more chance to make me a happy customer again. I would like to be contacted by phone or given an extension so I can further discuss this case with someone on tier 3 and who can help me.

Blogging this on every xbox related forum I can find was a last resort.

        • Michael S.

Just letting you know bro I tried this over at the Xbox forum when my confrontation with MS started back in November and I got banned from it. They really don’t like criticism. Then again they got an F rating with the BBB so they apparently just don’t care at all. Go with PS4 or PC and your golden.

Just go out and buy a PS4 at least you’ll get a working console and a console that plays games instead of all the TV stuff.

The X1 clearly does play games.

        DOH!

      • WARLORD

” PS4 at least you’ll get a working console” LOL I got the PS4 day one and it was DOA Blue light of death.

    • evilfangs .

Take it back to the shop you brought it from and get a replacement or refund. My X1 broke after 3 months and I took it back to GAME and got a new console the same day.

      • Joey Davis

Can’t, since ive already done an exchange and received a second broken console from microsoft themselves.

        • Byyys

maybe that’s how Microsoft are selling “so many” consoles, people are returning them 2-3 times. so they count these as new sales. ha ha waste of money.

          • Michael S.

Makes sense. If X customer has to buy/receive X amount of consoles to get one that WORKS. Those numbers would be astronomical.

        • fastharryDOTcom

if you bought it with a CC…call the CC company and see if they have buyers protection policies…

            No

    • Does Not Equal

      You said that already.

    • digitallife

Clearly you are wasting more than $15 worth of your time in all these postings..I know it sucks but being presented with your options i’d pay the $15 and call it a day…after going through all of that i’d probably sell the thing after it got fixed and move on.

    • X360

Ya should’ve stuck with the Xbox 360.. I mean w/ all the BS coming from X1′s end (Blu-ray grinding issue, Twitch/Kinect Streaming, HDD failure, No sound on Headset, etc) its really not worth the run around you’re getting from M$

    • Michael S.

This! This right here. This is the same garbage I endured from 11/22 – 02/17/2014! Same scenario (minus the $15 fee!), I too was waiting for weeks to be contacted by the Escalations team and kept getting the run around. Finally I just sold that piece of garbage to some random guy on a craiglist like site and took that money and bought a PS4 last month. It was funny when the team finally contacted me nearly 3 1/2 weeks LATE and I had the pleasure in telling them that I sold that junk and got a PS4 and I’m happy now. The gentlemen had to have used “unfortunate” and “sad” literally 20 times in his reply. He even went as to far as asking me if I will ever come back lol. Guess what I told him! Anyway, headache was over and I am now having a blast. Graphics are soooooooo much better than what X1 was offering and honestly the controller was surprisingly easy to adapt to coming from an Xbox 360 gamer for 8 years. Been there with ya man, do yourself a favor and sell it and move on. I play my PS4 every day and have yet to have a single issue, taking a break at the moment just to hop over here and give Major Letdown some heat lol.

  • ryder4life22187

    if they are supposed to be the best in the world. Then just give them the pistol and knife for the championship;

  • maxy

    Great!

  • digitallife

I’ve spent the last week regretting having bought this console..don’t get me wrong I love it and where it’s going but walk into any best buy, gamestop, or even the online store and it’s depressing..literally 7 titles being offered at my best buy. I feel like I bought the mayo before someone invented bread.

    • maxy

Don’t throw BS to us please?

      • Gazza!!!

The campaign for Ryse can be done in 12 hours tops on the 2 hardest difficulties. Maybe if you factor in grinding to level 100 on mp it will be 35 hours.

      • digitallife

I don’t need to throw bs at anyone friend..it’s an opinion. Just like yours. Ryse is 30 hours…lmaooooooooo….yeah if you pause the screen for like 20 hours.

    • evilfangs .

That’s your own fault for being a new generation console kiddie and not understanding that when a new console releases it will be basic and get updates through it’s whole life and it will be lack luster towards the game department. ( even though X1 and PS4 has had the biggest line up of games from any new generation of console release )

    • SPONGEGUMS

Where were you when the Nintendo 64 came out and it had two games to choose from. mario 64 and pilot wings. And that’s it.

      • digitallife

The gaming industry wasn’t this big back then and there weren’t as many developers. For example @id alone has 25 developers..none of which have a game finished for this console..and we aren’t talking about triple a tittles either here…in reference to what I was doing back then…well I was a kid so I wasn’t buying my own consoles in that but I did have sega master system that had tons of $5 to $20 slip in card roms for it’s system. Also spending $50 on a game back then was a big deal, it was an event. Now I spend $50 ordering food from apps on an ipad regularly, games budget lol…I could’ve probably bought a pre-owned BMW OR Mercedes with what i’ve spent over the three generations of xbox.

        • SPONGEGUMS

Yah and we do have more titles to choose from right off the bat I think that was the point.

  • James Campbell

Hooray!! Nothing’s more exciting than watching other people play video games!!

  • digitallife

I love my kinect bro..get off the couch and use it man lol
