Xbox Live's Major Nelson

GDC XNA Announcements

This week at GDC (Game Developers Conference ) in San Jose the XNA team will be making some announcements. They are starting to trickle out, but here are a couple of links to get you started:

XNA Overview presentation
Team Xbox Coverage

...Plus I am told more 'wickedly cool tech' news will happen later this week once the event kicks off and they start showing demos. I'll snag these guys for an interview for an upcoming show once they come back to the office.

GamingNexus did an interview with Chris Satchel last year about XNA studio which you can find at http://www.gamingnexus.com/Default.aspx?Section=Article&&I=847. Few more nuggets about what it is and what it means.

Very cool news on MS opening up Xbox Live.

Hey Major, by 'wicked' what do you mean? Wicked as in "evil" wicked? Or, wicked as in "really really cool stuff" wicked? I am at lost by your use of the term.

great news about the servers. hopefully this will help more developers come over the xbox platform that didnt previously like having MS hand their hands so much. might also mean getting demos and patches faster especially if developers can upload them on their own after certification.
