How long till the first "unlock this with 400 MS points" achievement?
Hmm strange how Xbox Live discourages cheating of any kind, but is happy to sell cheats, somthing stinks here.
All this is getting out of hand very quickly. Developers are selling us gimped games and making extra us pay content which should have already been in there (or unlocking content with IS actually in there!!). It's disgusting to see gaming head in this direction.
It is up to Microsoft to put a stop to it now.
Oops. My previous post should have read...

but isn't it upto Microsoft to choose what can be in Xbox Live Marketplace?
so it's already approved by MS so users have choice in whether to buy this or not...
it is cheap to have to pay for cheating the game instead of playing toward those goals...
you can unlock all of those codes with hard work as far as I know... this is just for lazy people with too many MS points.
The content added for Tiger Woods is just there so that you can choose to pay for it to unlock certain in-game content quickly if you want to. It's nothing that can't be unlocked through progress in the game. While I am concerned about the thought of 360 games going the way of GT4 on the PS3, I don't think that has happened anywhere yet, despite the recent anti-EA bandwagon that most people seem to be jumping onto.
EA have said themselves that this type of content would be added for their games so that people who want to have all the courses, golfers, shop items etc without having to play through and earn them can have them. Personally I think it's a good thing because it takes nothing away from most gamers, but gives the full game that everyone else will want to earn to casual gamers who spend less time working through the games, should they want to pay for it.
I personally will be playing to unlock the content, but if other people choose to pay for it, then who am I to question them?
oh that reminds me,how come there are two tiger woods demos available on marketplace?....are they different?...they are both the same size, just named slightly different
While I believe that the consumer votes with his wallet, and garbage content like this will ultimately fail because of that, EA's latest move deserves all the flaming that is about to be unleashed on this and every other gaming blog oout there. This is the worst idea of a micro-transaction so far. I doubted EA would be able to top the Madden garbage they dumped on the market last week but unfortunately, I was wrong. If this is the direction MS saw the gaming market going when the created micro-transactions, then everyone involved in the decision making process should be fired immediately. Whatever happened to unlockables, cheat codes, up up down down left right left right A B B A...... For $60, the least we deserve is a full games worth of content. Anything beyond the norm, ok, I'll pay for it if it seems worth it, but I'll make sure I got my money's worth from the game first.
It makes me chuckle how American's always complain about what they get for $60 with games. We British don't mention the cost when we complain and we pay the equivalent of $74.41 at today's exchange rates, so we're paying an extra 25% to what you pay.
