The people in charge of marketplace need to get rid of nickel-and-diming and only offer either free content or larger expansion packs for $10-15 that also add new achievements. This $6.50 for a couple new maps/songs/cars/whatever thing has to stop.

Thanks for the free map though.

Hey, this is a much better deal then only getting 4 maps for Gears of War for a whopping 800 points that where told would be free.

I don't see why all download content is not sponsored like the first download content for GOW was by The Discovery Channel, that was great and now has spoiled me. Maybe Major can comment on that.

500 points for 5 maps seems like a good deal to me. And they give you a map for free, just to be nice! I wonder if the maps will turn out to be be pretty much essential in order to play online, like the Gears and Halo 2 maps.

It seems like EA is finally starting to figure out how to offer online content.  5 maps for 500 points sounds reasonable (assuming they're not just rehashes of existing maps) and it's good to see them throw a free one out there too.
