Why don't they fix the Mad Hatter Achievement Bug, instead of trying to make more money on this game ?

Personaly i think checkin if the achievements actually work on XBLA games is needed in the Microsoft certification process.

Also pretty weird, Mad Tracks achievement bugs got fixed within one week and all the other games with achievement bugs didn't get any fixes for several months.

OF COURSE they release more premium content before they release a patch to fix the many number of bugs.

Also it seems like there's a glitch where it won't recongize hats you've won or levels you've accessed until you start a game and exit out of it.  More n' likely it could just be me having that problem but I don't know if anyone else has that issue.

So, is there a running list of all the games that have had promised patches/content that have yet to materialize?

Just thinking off the top of my head:

Assault Heroes - Promise to fix broken non-functional co-op from six months ago (stated by Xbox.com Support leaders in forums)

Worms - Downloadable weapons denied by Microsoft (officially stated by Team17)

Marble Blast Ultra - Downloadable maps denied by Microsoft (officially stated by GarageGames)

Alien Hominid HD - Stability patch supposedly in certification since the *last* premium content package was posted

Fix whats broken please, Major I know there is probably not much you personally can do. but dang it don't you think they should fix it before they release extra content? It's not rocket surgery. achievements do help push sales on the 360 platform which also imo make them part of the game. which in some respects they are selling a broken game.
