Wow. Track and field by its lonesome. Definitely will be seeing what all the fuss was about. :-)
I heard OXM say it is not the same Track and Field, but who cares will still try out the trial and have fun with this classic.
And now, hopefully the whinning for this game will end. I wonder what the next gaming whine will be?

I think I'm gonna have to pass on this one. Didn't Track and Field use the pad to play the game? I'm just not sure this will be as much fun without the pad. At least all the whiners will stop........until they get tired of this game after a week.
Can we start collectively whining for Quake 3 now?

Thursday: Buy new control pad after 24 hours non stop button bashing.
Friday: Same as Thursday
Saturday: Repeat until the skin has withered away to the bone and it can no longer press a button.

This was a great game in the arcade. Unfortunately, unless they fixed the problems in the OXM review, this game is not going to give us that "nostalgic" fun we used to have. If you haven't read the review, you should. I will do the demo and see, but it sounds like it's going to be more frustration than fun. We'll see!
