You know a lot of people complain about how we have to pay 50 dollars a year for live even though playstation doesn't, but you know what, with service like this as soon as there is a problem i am willing to pay the cheap price of $50 a year. If anyone thinks $50 a year is too high a lot of people pay more than that a year to play WoW, but that is still going strong. With what great support for technical issues, updates twice a year that always have something cool in them, and all the great online play, live is way more than worth the $50 i spend every year.

It almost embarrassing to explain to people why you pay for something that doesn't work half the time..

But oh well, atleast I can sign in now.

Account Recovery has been broken for DAYS.  What is the the problem???  I'd be a lot more understanding and not doing stupid things like buying Q-Bert on the Playstation Network to keep myself entertained If I had some sort of "real" ETA or idea of what was happening.

Thanks for the update, however can I just say as someone who's following you on Twitter that the constant updates are getting very tiresome. Yes, you did create a 'Twit-storm' and I I'd much rather prefer updates every hour max instead of every few minutes or more.
