Do you have any guess as to when you'd be posting the audio from the keynote? I really would like to listen to it at work, but I have to leave at 9:30pm central. By looking at when you posted the audio last year, it seems I wouldn't be able to get it before I leave, but I was wondering if you knew exactly. When does the keynote even start?

Nice setup. But the live setup is horrid today. I cant even log in. I guess weekends are gonna be a no play on live the way this crap is going. This is worth more than just a free game.Im 34 years old and if I ran my business like live. I wouldnt stay in business long.
It starts at 6:30pacific, I just checked. So it starts one hour before I have to leave. I might have to go in late to work to get this thing.

Fix the God **** problem already. We are sick and tired of excuses and incopetence. If E can't do his God **** job then find someone who can. There is no reason on EARTH why a service can't be fixed in over 2 WEEK's. Buy some more servers or hire some better network engineers, but fixing the ****ing problem.
I hope MS loses the class action lawsuit because they deserve to!!!! A free XBLA game is not going to cut it.
I've been mostly amused by this whole XBox Live downtime thing so far, but I have to admit even my sunny nature (hah!) is starting to get bogged down with it all.
One gets the feeling that the Live team struggles to understand, or find, the true problem. So far, the pattern seems to be declaring a victory every time the service stabilizes during non-peak hours, and then goes into damage control during peak hours. That's my observation anyway.
I also find it amusingly ironic that this site itself has been experiencing intermittent problems ever since putting in new hardware. Coincidence?
Still, I'm glad this site exists. I love reading the comments and following updates on things, and I'm still not yet completely off-the-wall devastated or angry with XBox Live, as I've had it working for me 80% of the time at an acceptable level. (though not at the level one would expect by any means). I can get online and play, but things *are* slower than usual, and I do have downtimes. (Peak times mostly... good thing I'm a night owl).
Here's to having *all* problems sorted sooner than later.

The reason live has been so bad is that they have something HUGE tonight to announce and it can't be unleashed until then which will correct the issues, right Major? hahaha ya right.

This issue with LIVE is ridiculous and TOTALLY unacceptable IMO. PS3 and COD4 looking better by the day!!
Is anyone else having *serious* problems with the comment pages on here?
It keeps trying to load the first page of comments no matter what page I click on, and I have to Ctrl+F5 a number of times to get the actual page to show up. I also lose more comments than I post.. so hit and miss if this one shows up. Also, it's mis-reporting the number of comments per post. (Shows 17 for this post, but I only get 14).
Driving me nuts. I've tried using both Firefox and IE 7. I've cleared cache, deleted cookies... nothing seems to help.
Just putting this out there (hopefully), to see if these problems are shared.
Mr. Gates has previously used CES to announce new things for Xbox. To make the start of 2008 the final disaster for Microsofts "Home & Entertainment" division it could be that a Xbox 360 V2 now will ship with a HD-DVD drive. Combined with the fact that XBL has been almost 100% offline, at least as perceived by the users, 2008 can only improve.
