For a moment it sounded like John Di Maggio, the voice of Bender (Futurama) and Marcus Fenix (Gears of War), but then it started to sound 'older' if that makes sense.

Cool video! I sort of think Bungie needs more exposure like this..as laughable as that sounds, they need more peeps playing Halo 3!
