Customer Service My A$$... Let me tell you what I am doing RIGHT NOW AS A I TYPE THIS.

I tried to input 3 48 hour codes this morning. One after the other because the Gold Live time is not applying at all!  All were verfied and I logged in and out for each of them. They should work. They all expire on 06/30/08.

I am on the line right now with the FOURTH customer care rep. TWO of the prior reps disconnected me while transfering me. The third put me into a different call queue.

All I am trying to do is get my 6 days of gold verfied. But these people are STUPID, IGNORANT IDIOTS who can't even use their system.

VIVA LA INDIA CALL CENTER!

This sucks MAJOR NELSON MULE D1CK. My cell phone time is getting wasted because the wage slaves in India can't use their software they help to pirate...

NOTE1: I am still on hold waiting for a supervisor to pick up because it seems that even though the call center can see THE MOMENT I ENTERED THESE CODES, they can't seem to be able to apply THE ACTUAL TIME.

Ian, the current customer supervisor whom I am talking to now, is trying to tell me that these cards now have different terms and conditions. FUNNY, NOT ON THE CARDS I HAVE HERE!

I did not have these problems when I WAS GOLD. NOW THAT I AM SILVER, I HAVE PROBLEMS. How strange... Yeah, right. F**king MS...

Ian has been caught LYING twice now. He keeps sprouting about how these cards are different now. He just admitted to keeping details from me. He just admitted he could do changes to the GT, but he will not.

Ian just tried to tell me that the card I got in my copy of Viva Pinata is NOT valid because I did not actually buy the card!

Ian is a worthless pissbucket supervisor who needs to meet me in person.

NOTE2: nearly 2.5 hours now, and Ian COULD DO SOMETHING, but WON'T. THIS IS XBOX CUSTOMER SERVICE. So much for making the customer happy.

And you wonder why I have such little opinion for the higher ups at MS. They don't do anything. EVER. The next time I hear Major *** about how hard we are on them sometimes, I am going to have Major pull my customer service file...

...or better yet, have E or Litheon pull Ian's call records from Customer Service. Listen for yourself and tell me MS is not full of sh1t...

And lastly, that BULLSH1T "DRM The More You Know" piece on Gamerscore Blog is not a 100% fix. Not even close. To put that up as gospel? Well, just another shining example of how smart MS thinks we are.

XBOX 360 - They can change License Transers, ADD Points, and change GT info (FOR A PRICE!), but they CAN NOT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO ADD SIX DAYS OF GOLD...
