Shred Nebula (800 points) Pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball (800 points) and Gin Rummy (400 points) will hit Xbox LIVE Arcade tomorrow.
Cool, I was wondering what was coming tomorrow.
I'll definately check out pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball and Gin Rummy.
is this the first time we have had 3 arcade titles out on the same day?
how about nhl09?
Yeah is the first time 3 arcade titles out on the same day
^^^Yeah I believe so... Wow... Three Titles. They should do this more often!
I am still waiting for Euchre... sadly I doubt I shall ever see Euchre on XBL
Whatever happened to that MechAssault clone arcade game that was being in the works. Has that been killed off. o.O?
Major, will this third release date for Pirates vs Ninjas actually be honoured or will it turn out to be complete bull like the previous two?
What's the big deal about Pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball anyway? I mean come on, seriously... a dodgeball game??? Sounds like a good candidate for the deactivation list.
man...I wanted to believe the Duke Nukem 3D rumors so badly
So all kinds of crap this week
@ Twilight Miasma. You are referring to War World. It still has an Xbox.com page and a forum, so here's hoping it is still coming.

I so wanted to believe the Duke Nukem 3D release date (rumored it would be tomorrrow) - what a let-down :(
Finally! Pirates vs Ninjas!!!!!
Shred Nebula and PvN Dodgeball have been scheduled to come out on the first week of September for a few weeks now. Duke Nukem was mentioned to come out "Some time" in September. So no foul here, it'll probably come out later this month, Anon 3.
PvN Apparently offers Normal Dodgeball, as well as a 8 way arena style version (the games original version, they added the normal mode later, they say). It just sounds like a fun 8 player Brawl, and the dodgeball part is just to keep the combat fun and kid-friendly. The characters seem to have personality, and the special attacks and style of gameplay appears fun, from the trailers.
Shred Nebula seems to be much more than just an average space shooter. The game is designed by one of the US designers behind Street Fighter II Hyper fighting. Given this, this games space combat is balanced like a fighting game. Ships have special moves, their size and weight gives them strengths and weaknesses, and there are combos and tactics with your unique skills that you must learn, as well as various environmental hazards that certain ships have strengths/weaknesses to.
Gin Rummy... not my kinda game, someone else will have to spit the knowledge on that one! ^_^;
Also, GamerScoreBlog reports there will be a 100 MS Points Downloadable Content pack for Poker Smash, giving us 2 new Environs/Songs. Why not report on that part too, Major?
"man...I wanted to believe the Duke Nukem 3D rumors so badly"
What are you talking about? There was never an official date given for Duke Nukem...it was only stated that it would be out some time in September.
I've been anxiously awaiting the Gin Rummy release since it was announced. Finally, something to get me away from UNO --- yipee!!! (...and a great price at 400 MS Points.)
They should start asking people what classic games they want to see on XBLA? I personally would love to see Sonic 3+Knuckles and Decap Attack, classic games that I would kill to play again.
Not much interesting for me tomorrow. I wonder when Beat n Groovy is coming out. The achievement list is known now so it can't be that far off. :)
Shred Nebula has to be a good game, click this link....

it shows on the right side that this game is $800!!! I could buy a few new xbox 360's with that!!
I know i know.... its a mistake, suppose to say 800 ms points. but it was funny!
Gin rummy is my favorite card game... might have to take a look at that one. Well, actually, Rummy 500 is my favorite card game, but what's the difference?
Hi, whats with Vigilante 8 Arcade? Its in the verificationprocess since August 11th, i was hoping the game comes to XBLA tommorrow^^.
Now that the summer of arcade is over, when will Microsoft be announcing the winners?
Hey, a triple shot. Excellent.
You know what's weird, though? Shotest Shogi is on the Japanese marketplace, fully in English, and it's not available here. I know Shogi has a very small audience here, but still, that's why it's got such a deep tutorial.
"I've got Balls of Steel!"
Ugh no Duke =b but yeah, at least its this month =)
Guess I got some trials to do with 3 titles
Hmm and you're right about Shogi, hopefully it'll make it out...!

I'm intrigued and never headed of it before, thanks Mike
