I wanted to ask though Major, why did all my purchased content disable its self (I think with the exception of Braid) when Live was down?
I thought that signing in with my profile would be enough to activate this content, even if Live wasn't avalible?

Nidonocu, it sounds like you have a repaired/replacement console.
I'd recommend looking into the DRM tool to reset your licenses and then redownload the licenses to your console.
