Darn it I wished I lived somewhere around there. The guitar hero event here in Jax Fl was alot of fun. But GOW2 is amazing.

Hey Major, how about a second wave before the GoW2 release, would be nice to have the party feature, if not thats totally cool, I understand there is alot going on with you guys right now, but just maybe......

This weekend, I'm having a 10 player LAN party, which will go on for three days. Bring on the Gears goodness! Hope I get into round 2 of NXE preview, cos then all my pals can try it out.

I thought about heading out to the New York one. But my local store does a good job on Launch parties and i'll want to stay as close to home as possible to get on Gears as fast as i can.

I wonder what's going on down my way? Oh wait, I live in Wagga, the town closes at 6pm... There's times I curse not living in a major city like Sydney and missing out on this sort of thing but then I realise that I'd sooner miss out on this sort of thing than live anywhere near a major city like Sydney (I'm thinking of working with the Locust to have it suddenly sink beneath the earth).

I live here in Oxnard which is just about 90 mins north of LA. I could drive down there, but my car isn't in the condition to do it or I'd head dead there tomorrow evening. My local Game Crazy is having a midnight launch and they said they have about 115 pre-orders and expect at least half to show up. It's right next door to Hollywood Video so they're giving away free food and cheap drinks as well (non-alcoholic!!!) It's from 8pm-1am so it'll be really cool. I'll just stay up all night playing GoW2 that's why I think Epic released this on a Friday so everyone can play during the weekend.
