Why the Kameo deck? Well, there's a card called the 'WhatNot' card (aka The Wizard Card). What this card does is allow the holder to switch hands with ANYONE int he game. Example: If you have the Wizard card and 5+ cards and somone else has one card ("UNO"), you can trade their one card and give them your five cards. Be fast, call UNO or you'll be pulling more cards.
Also, note: Dropping out of any UNO game is considered a loss in your rank.

Are we to assume that the lack of Bomberman in India and UNO as a replacement is a political PR decision by Microsoft? if so its questionable because it makes an issue out of it as it is so noticable.
India probably doesn't allow bomberman because of its content so instead they get Uno instead of nothing. Cartoon dudes throwing bombs at each other is fine in most places, may not be there
everyone gets mad because the first two weeks were DLC and asked for a discounted arcade game, so for the 3rd week they give us a discounted arcade game, and people are still mad?? Kids these days....
Nothing to do with content IMO and definitely as thetonyclifton suggests, it has something to do with the recent attacks in Mumbai. This is MS trying to be sensitive and way too politically correct. It is only a game afterall.

You're missing out mannnn. Think about it. Its simple game made fun with the themes and elimination. All my co-workers picked at me "Warren is lame, he plays that dumb UNO all the time when he could be playing Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, even Gears of War." And now all of those guys who said that bought it (the last guy just bought it to use with his Vision Camera that came with You're in the Movies) and he loves it. So, they somewhat ate their words. "No Pressure", chill and talk. To me, UNO isn't just a game, it is Social Hour with friends and strangers... errrr... 'good' strangers.
