At the time of this posting, I don't see it on the website download queue.
just got it, it's there.
From the website or the in game store? Unfortunately, my system is on its way to the Xbox Hospital and I can't get it through the GH store.
AriesDog: its on the website. Although, if you didn't know, this pack is free for only a limited time (i think its to like feb 4th). So if you haven't already, download it from the marketplace on the web so that it's in your download history :)
THIS IS FREE FOR LIMITED TIME. Starting February 5, 2009, it will be 320 Microsoft Points.

Thanks for the heads up!
I do love free and it's even better because it's the Boss.
Hey everyone!
Would u recommend Guitar Hero World Tour? Im thinking bout gettin it.
Thanks
Hmmm, cool 'free for a limited time'. I let my friend borrow my GHWT and Aerosmith. Hmm... Just asking, but can we make songs in GHWT and send those songs to friends? (Yes or No)
should be able to anon2
JaMeS292--I would, with some caveats.
First, there are problems with Neversoft 'overcharting' the guitar sections on songs, especially when you compare the same songs side by side to RockBand. The overcharting is Neversoft's artificial way of boosting difficulty on the guitar section.
Two, the vocals suck something fierce for this game. You'll easily fail out on easy with many songs, and the pitch/rhythm detection seems to be off, especially compared to RockBand. Hell, I had someone running vocals that does musicals and theater on the side, and they failed out on easy. Conversely, this person can rock the house on hard with RockBand.
Three, there's obviously not nearly as much DLC, but the RockBand DLC has been weak as of late.
All in all, if you can pick up this game for cheap (read: <$40 U.S.) then I would recommend it. But only after you've procured RockBand (which may be a challenge for you in the U.K...sorry :( ). It's a great secondary title if you rock with your mates regularly, but I wouldn't recommend it straight out if it's your first band title.
I'm surprised they didn't include The Wrestler since it's his latest song AND he won awards for it.
Don't own the game, but I like the freebie, I will add it to my que anyway. Guitar Hero World has been getting some good content lately. I may haev to check it out sometime. Right now Rock Band has all my attention and money(like a $1400 total investment over the last 14 months, YIKES!)
