Great for those who are interested I guess, and while I'm one who's been defending the current price trends, this one is totally unjustifiable, it's a port of an old fighting game with minimal improvements. Should not be 1200 points, it's that price purely because people will buy it.

Did they actually work it on or just try to smooth over the graphics? If it's still a broken fighter like it was when it released then I won't buy it.
crap totally forgot about the $20 for the GOW2 pack... This was going to be one $15 purchase I was willing to make...
why are all u guys complaining its 1200 points= to $15 compaired to 60-100 bucks for the game on original xbox or ps2 come on guys this is way too cheap to pass up.
This game will be instantly bought... Been waiting for this for years. My beloved Dreamcast copy (along with Dreamcast) was stolen so I've been dying to play this, yet I wasn't going to pay $50 and up for a used Xbox copy. Finally going to re-live the memories.
Worth every single moonbuck. Very excited about this release.
1200 points is far too much
This game used to sell on eBay for well over $70. $15 is a steal. We are lucky marvel made it that price and re released It with HD graphics! I really wish there was dlc for new characters but oh well.

Actually I see this one way more than I see most, (PQ: Galactrix), because if you want a used PS2 copy, Gamestop sells it for $70. Plus it now has online multiplayer? Definitely worth $15.
Awesome! I totally loved this game and always wanted to get a copy, now I'll have no problem getting it now. I also can't wait for the GoW2 pack either.
Too much? I think $20 for anything GoW is too much. That series is horrid. I will be buying this because I have a few friends who loved this game and wish to play it without having to resort to an emulator. Not to mention Achievements+Online play. Yeah, sure Microsoft is compounding their reputation as doosh-bags with their new XBLA pricing standard, but if they keep offering services or products that are a sure-bet, there are people that will gladly pay for it. If they sold GoldenEye64 as a $60 retail boxed "XBLA" game, I would sadly, gladly, still buy it. And the sad truth is that I'm not the only one who would.

Monkey Island is 1200 actually. The trial was not enough to justify a purchase though.
These prices have been known for months, by the way. Don't see why its such a surprise to anyone.
MVC2 will sure be the title that sales the most this summer of arcade. People complaining about 1,200 for this, why? you do relise your getting the dreamcast code which is the best version of the game and online play for just 15 bucks or £10. Would you rather pay £100 for a ps2, dreamcast or xbox copy?
Monkey Island was only 800 points. MvsC2 should probably be 800 as well but 1200 is ok with me any higher then I might have a problem with that. Still it's such an awesome game.
