800 is a bargain price.

And if ALL of the original multiplayer components are in place and work over LIVE as they say they do, then we have a winner.

The X-box 360 gods have spoken we have a Awesome game coming.. Perfect Dark.. Now Bring Plants VS Zombies!?! *laughs* I will give you time.. but still would be a perfect Summer game to have.. please Microsoft make it happen.. we have been waiting for the longest time and no news yet!?!

It has been a long time coming. I have my points ready and will be buying on Wednesday. But I still have to ask, is there any announcement to be made regarding the SFII avatar gear that was announced and has not appeared yet?

I haven't been this excited for a game in a while - let alone an XBLA title.

YES this is gonn rock one of the 1st first person shooters i ever played cant wait. NOW all they need is to get Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic released for Games on Demand SWKOTOR is the best game ive ever played  Ranked even higher than Mass Effect 2 which comes 3rd, 2nd only to Halo: Combat Evolved

Hm, a whole game for $10, or new multiplayer maps with no achievements for $15?  Decisions, decisions...

Despite how much I want to buy this, I'm having a difficult time justifying it as I own the original. I don't know I suppose I'll play the demo first.

You might want to just support they and their cheap priced hd remake. In example, I still got my boxed alien hominid copy and yet downloaded the full game at the marketplace. My money shows my love to developers who I think are worth it.

And have to admit that it was sitting on the shelf for long time but the HD release made me play thru the game over 2 times so it was worth the money, unlike the COD4 MW map pack wich I came to pay just 400 first weekend it dropped but I hardly can recall to have played those maps even 1 time.

Bottom line is that you will have more chances to play again the game with the re-release than in your old N64 and some games desevere to be played

+ you will get HD graphics (believe me, las week I played destroy all humans 2 and couldn't read the white texts due to lack of definition. My eyes just got accostumed to HD)

+ you will be able to play it online

+ achievements and most likely avatar awards

+ affordable price, even if you already got the original for that price you only may pass if you really miss having winterbottom or greed corp...

I have the original and I'm still going to grab it off the Arcade, I bought it when it first came out for something like $50+ I can't remember exactly as it was around 10 years ago, and to get an improved version with slight expanded(8players instead of just 4) online play for just $10, you have to be a bit loose in the brain to skip on this offer.

Skipping(if you were thinking about buy it) the stupidly priced MW2 map pack (15 bucks for 5 maps, seriously?) and getting Perfect Dark would be a the best decision you make this month.

W0000t Perfect Dark!!! Got 'nuff points for that and MW2 map pack AND L4D2 DLC if it ever decides to release this century.
