    I haven’t been able to download this since it came out.  I am using Zune HD.  Help!!!!

        Spoken like someone who has never used Zune or Windows Phone. Zune client is so much more elegant than clunky, bloated iTunes.

          I’m guessing that’s why the Zune was discontinued… because it’s “so much more elegant than clunky, bloated iTunes”?

            Zune devices were discontinued. The Zune service is alive and well as the main client for all Windows Phones, as well as being on Xbox 360. :)

      Yes.  I cannot download it either.  What are you using to access it? I have Zune Marketplace.

        I was doing streaming or direct download, but now it appears to have been corrected.

    Hi Major Nelson and the podcast team,
    First I have to say I love the show,

    I have had an Xbox 360 from day one. Over the last few week I have some problems.

    1. I have moved to the UK from Italy. When I first got my Xbox I was living in Ireland. When I was in Italy I was unable to add a new credit Card as the new credit credit card was from Italy that was not so bad a I was able get Xbox Live membership from the store.

    2. Now I am living in the UK and Xbox live has access to LoveFilm 4OD and other services but I am not able to access the new services and as my live account is still registered to Ireland. When I call Xbox support I have been told I will need to start a new XBOX PROFILE I have had my profile from 2005 and do not want to start a new profile or lose my gamer score way is it you can not change the region or add and credit card from the Location you are now living from ?

    I love the Xbox live service and hope you can help me with this request as Xbox support can not. 

    My Gamer tag is GLACHER

      No one on their “team” will reply to your message. They will only reply to you if you make your own blog and get attention from websites, being invited to podcasts etc. I’m of course referring to MS’ shoddy customer service revolving around the hackings.
