    Does anybody know what point on the podcast they play the Halo 4 console sounds? for example they are talking about playing halo co-op around 29:00 so if someone could tell me when they play it that would be great! Thanks guys!

    About an hour and 8 minutes they start talking about SDCC and the Halo console, about 30 seconds to 1 minute later he plays the custom button sounds, first the power, then the ejection button. It is awesome!

      I knew a guy who used to go to the gym at lunchtime too. He would go, do his routines, shower and go back to the office. Note that the gym was not even in our premises. Did he actually have lunch? No idea.

      Most trainers agree that the optimal workout time is less than an hour (when weight training). After that the negatives begin to increase. Obviously, professional athletes have a different regiment (and mix it up). But regular people – an hour should do it.

    Listened to the rest of the show this morning at work. Definitely enjoy that you guys are more casual, yet professional with everything. As for the ads at the beginning and mid way through, not a fan. Wasn’t enough to make me stop listening, but if it starts to become more frequent I may find something else to listen too.
