An inside look at how Kinect works

Now that you’ve had the Holiday to play with Kinect, how would you like to know a little bit of how it actually works? There is a great post on the Xbox Engineering Blog that shines a little technical light on the magic and teaches you nerdy terms like ‘multiple centroid proposals’ and ‘HCI.’
After you read it, you may not look at your Kinect the same way again!
