Major, if you want to share all your RSS feeds from Google Reader, you can export them as an OPML file. In Google Reader, go to Settings, then Import/Export and click "Export your subscriptions as an OPML file." This will put all your feeds in a file that you can share. If you need to edit any of them out, you can easily do so with any text editor.
