Clearwire is up and running if you have a power inverter you could get online atleast. May not power a tv, but will a laptop.

Sad to hear Larry :( The heat I would imagine would be the major concen. Maybe turn on a few Playstation 3s and plug in a couple sony laptop batteries into a generator, bet that would generate a bit of heat.

Glad to hear you got your power back. My office and home was without on Thursday and Friday...just down the road in the Bothell/Mill Creek area. Didnt help that temps dropped big time this weekend either.

That sucks for both the office and home. I've heard Seattle got hit but I never understand in the great civilization of America, how communications and power can get so screwed up for so long.

One of my favorite vacations was the big power out of the north east coast of 2003. My husband was home from work for 4 days, all the neighbors got together for BBQ's everyday and we played outside most of the time. It was great and about 80' weather though.
