My targeting sights seem to just stop appearing after awhile, and the game gives me a set of good old "blindfire" sights in their place. What does it think I am, Luke fsck'n Skywalker?

Anyone else got this problem? Tips to solve it?

Oh, and... which AC did people use to clear the water mission? I've had best results with the ALICIA, but it simply doesn't carry enough ammo to take the big one down at range. (The left arm rifle works a treat on the little gunboats, though, and the sensor rig and thruster performance are great for dodging missiles.)

I forgot to mention that AC4 is the best mech game ever, and Chromehounds is so out of date and sucks...trade in CH for AC4 so my squad can get some seasonal achievements! :-p

This game is fun. And to those who know, there is a REASON why this demo signs you out of XBL. Also, nice to MS remind Japan that this game is also on the 360, not just the PS3.

The frigate level is tough, you have to sink the support ships first then go after the main ship, or run in-between the buildings to avoid the crossfire. The problem with the second tactic is that the helicopters will pursue you. Lock-on targeting is your friend here.

The game looks really, really nice, buildings aside (buildings never look AWESOME in mech games); the water looks very well done, and the desert bounty hunter level just speaks desolation.

If you were disappointed in Chromehounds for not being "pick up and play", well this is your demo then.

10 mechs (one of which will get you through the frigate level better than the other 9), 3 mission levels, and the tutorial level (in japanese, but follow the controller diagram and you should be ok).

One of the best demos XBL has done of late, and that says something with the demos for Crackdown, NBA Street, and MLB2k7 already having come out.
