Rockstar knows what they're doing, and anyone put off by the fact that its not in Europe needs to realize this. If Rockstar thought they could make a better game in a differet setting then they would've.

FYI, this game is coming out for Ps3 too, on the SAME DAY, and the Ps3 gets its OWN DIFFERENT DLC. Also, I'm thinking this is FROM the PC VERSION of the game. Yes fanboys, there IS a PC version. Also, coming out on the Ps3 this winter are Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Heavonly Sword, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, among other things.

Rockstar's entire existence is riding on this game. They dont have to do much for it to sell (esp on the PS3 with NOTHING to compete, unless Saints can make the port in time and I doubt it), but if they do too little after doing so much previously, fans will drop it like *insert formerly respected franchise here*.

Spiderman 3 is coming out soon with a much improved NYC. Should be interesting to compare the environment of GTA 4 to Spiderman 3.

After a dull Xmas, things look like they're picking up. In Live Arcade we've had Turtles, Castlevania, JetPack and we're getting Track & Field next week. We've got full games like GTA4 and DOA-X2 coming soon, just shows the 360 kicks Sony's butt

Rockstar never used cut scenes in the GTA 3 games all the story part were in game.

Thanks for putting this out. It looks interesting but it's typical rockstar. Cutscenes and niceties, no gameplay in the least. At least now it's sink or swim time, it's next gen, you can't claim your console is the same as the Ps2. Peace.

I don't think Rockstar have said whether it was from the Xbox or PS3 - however, I would imagine the Xbox given that it was initially scheduled for release on our platform first... am I right in remembering Sony only just managed to get in there after they realised how screwed they would be if GTA IV was Xbox only...?
