after watching this on pc while overlord was downloading, i think it's pretty good, typical tech support type call. the ending makes no sense at all, but it's a miniseries they'll do that.

i think it's a bit harsh to judge any series purely on it's pilot. look at ep1 of red vs blue. it's 45 seconds of nothing. then check out episode 52 where church has cloned himself 14 times.

speaking of which ep 99 of RvB is just around the corner hopefully. it's almost closure time.

how? you should need to walk through 4 windows to find one 5 minute video. one list of content with optional filters makes more sense than this does. it's a bit stupid honestly.

wouldn't it be far easier to select "videos" then press x to filter by game, y to filter by genre. half of the subfields in the subfields in the other subfields are replicated a few times. when they're not they usually only contain 5 files anyway.

marketplace is needlessly complicated without good reason, simplify. then make the filter options more powerful. don't just keep adding new subfields for your staff to incorrectly fill.

ditto! on the boring part! It didnt even make me laugh one bit, I love red vs blue, panic, strangehood but if all episodes of 1-800 magic are gonna be like this, i have only one word.

GhettoLevis: Not all dead consoles are from smokers or people who have no tech "know how". Dont generalize just because it hasnt happened to you. Mine was a launch day system and it bricked right after the fall update. I had ordered the Hd-dvd drive off ebgames site (had an e-coupon) i was watching king kong special edition (in prep for the hd-dvd that would come the next day by way of ups) when it froze. I rebooted and checked the disc. it was good, i restarted the movie and it froze again. I tried a game, same result. Got my copy of elder scrolls out and went i wonder if it will freeze on the main menu. It did. then it wouldnt turn back on. Im glad i bought the preformance warranty. No cost and a brand new 360 were sent my way. (DRM problem was fixed 3 months later by customer service. alas that is a tale for another day)

It happens. People get upset about it too. when you pay $400 you want it to work (yeah on launch i paid way more than that. got plug and plays, extra controller, 3 games)

Its not unreasonable to ask for help or to be frustrated about your console dien. leave him be and let him vent. Major will send the relevant info (if any) where it needs to go as thats what he claims he does. (We appriciate that too Major)
